I too have been scammed by them. No update on order placed and no reply to my many emails.
The courier - Yodel - had a tracking number. I contacted them, but they hadn't received it. Yodel gave me a Hong Kong company who gave them a bill of materials - but hadn't sent the hearing aids to Yodel. The Company is WANB International (HK) Logistics Ltd. I'll try to track them down. Has anyone else heard of this Hong Kong Company - who pretend to be IPUREHEAR ??

I purchased £69 ClarityPro CICs on the understanding that the company would provide a refund if they weren't suitable.
They didn't fit so I contacted the company and they offered either to let me keep them and receive just 25% of what I hade paid OR to return them to China with tracking information for a full refund.
I did the latter in October this year but despite endless emails I never heard from them again.
My fault! I should have researched them! All negative!

They failed to deliver goods and i am now fighting to get a refund .I am continually being told that it is that is processing but after 2 weeks there is still no solution
Would have thought that it is a simple process to issue refund but apparently not.Extremly dissapointed and I will continue to fight to get what I am entitled to
