Warning scam warning ihearmore ipurehear...and similar names they trade under are a scamming company offering terrible products and they charge you double and wont offer any kind of refund then go silent. Avoid avoid. Warning avoid these scammers. They're often overcharging once you made initial purchase. The products are poor. There's no refund ever they're crooks. Often trade under different brand names such as Hearitwell. Getaudora. Hearing wellness. Ihearmore and a few others avoid all these . Double check and check again before dealing with any companies selling these.

Item delivered to my mum, I explained she’d ordered by reading misleading information and she already had specialist hearing aid as profoundly deaf.
They advised I could return it as there is a 60 day return policy.
BEWARE there is a £35 return fee

This company is a FRAUD.

Like most people, I have had no help from this company . Send the second pair back , funny how they managed to get you to to buy two. Now received the second pair back from China as they can't deliver. The so-called ELENA was a bot .Now talking to my bank to see it there is anything can be done

I had a very positive experience with Wayne Fenton at HearingYouMore.com.

On a Saturday morning I called and was able to reach Wayne directly. He offered to see me within about an hour, which was extremely helpful. He examined my hearing aids and tried to repair them on the spot. Unfortunately, the device needed to be sent out for repair.

At the time I was leaving out of state for work, so Wayne arranged to have the hearing aid repaired while I was away. When I returned about two weeks later, I met with him again on another Saturday morning. He was available, very accommodating, and had the hearing aid ready.

He also performed a hearing test and adjusted my hearing aids so they were working properly again.

If you need hearing aid repair or service in Houston, I highly recommend Wayne. He is professional, easy to work with, and the repair price was very reasonable.

Excellent service and a very good experience overall.

If I could give zero stars I would. Please, please do not buy anything from this company. My mum ordered hearing aids from this company in October. They never arrived! Despite repeated emails asking where they were and a promise they would look into it my mum has not received anything. They have now stopped responding to her emails.

This company is a scam so beware. They are not a UK based company, the refund promise is fake as they don't mention that the restock charge is £35 plus you have to return the product to the USA. They also add items to your cart without the opportunity to review the basket before purchase so you are automatically charged for multiple items that they will then not refund you for. Product is average.

Do not buy hearing aids from this company! They are not suitable for purpose! Refunds are impossible! Returning items to a Chinese address at a cost of £26 only to have them turn up back on my doorstep 3 months later! We were caught out so take heed!

Everything went wrong. Hearing aids were useless. Told I would only get a refund if I returned them to China at a cost of £16 postage. Cannot get response from them and I understood there was a complete refund if returned within a certain time. They are ignoring my emails.

one star is being generous, avoid, hearing aid constantly buzzs in your ear. Got in touch with them on numerous occasions, still waiting for refund!!!!!!!!!!!! They offered a replacement, but it never arrived, they don't even reply to my emails.

So they are on TV now saying it's a scam. Don't but anything like this from a site. It's from China . They sent mine back to me and have disappeared with my money.

I ordered a set of hearing aids and wasn't happy with the fit so I requested a refund. They offered me 15% and to keep the aids. I refused thus and so they agreed and I had to pay for them to be returned to an address in China. I tracked the parcel and found that it was being held in customs in China. I kept the company updated via email whereby they stated they need to await for them to arrive at their address. After 3 months sat in customs the package was returned to me and the tracking reason showed that there was insufficient details? I have emailed the company on 2 occasions detailing the saga and attaching photos of the tracking to show. To date I have had no reply.

Have not been refunded from this company after sending back hearing aids, it's seems strange there are more companies selling the same product at the same price as ihearmore could one of these be the same company?!!!

My friend recommended this company so I ordered a hearing aid on 16th October 25. After a few weeks, I chased order and received an email saying they were having trouble with delivery, but that I would receive hearing aid soon. Since then I have emailed several times with no response.

I ordered one pair then was offered a pair lower in price which I took up only to find I had been charged for both. Immediately contacted them & was told couldn't cancel but to just to return when they arrived.
Product arrived & was useless, loud whistling & wouldn't fit into ears. I contacted what I thought was this 'UK family business' & was offered £40 discount which i declined. Several messages over a month asking for a refund which amounted to nothing. I was then told I could return to china at a cost to myself which I did.....£23....The parcel was tracked & lay in Chinese customs from October 3rd. Eventually handed over to my bank to sort out, & received full payment back. On December 20th I recieved parcel back & was told it wasnt a proper address.

2 payments of £69 were taken out of my bank on 14- 10- 2025 by Ihearmore Mong Kok for 2 sets of hearing aids. I have not received the hearing aids.

Spent £197 on a hearing in September, couldn’t get it to work, tried all troubleshooting ideas, changed domes, just kept whistling and couldn’t hear the TV. Had 60 days to return which cost £26 as it had to be returned to China. Haven’t hear anything since, complete waste of money, DO NOT BUY!

I order two sets of hearing Aids and when I found that they were two big asked for the address to send them back. I was given the address in China and I sent them to it. It has now been several months and the goods haven't been collected from Customs in China. Because of this Tesco Charge back have said that they cannot implement the charge back because IHearmore say they have not received the goods back. They simply have not gone to collect the goods.

I would avoid this company, if you want a refund they tell you at your expense that you have your send the goods back to China and wait for a response, or they offer a partial refund which never comes until they eventually don’t reply, very bad experience.
