Hello and thanks for posting us a review Marc.
Your thoughts and comments are important to us and we always take note of our customers feedback and comments.
We certainly take the comments about pricing onboard.
That said and in response, I would like to explain some of the background. that there are a number of factors impacting the prices here. Let's deal with the easy one first. As you state correctly, our product prices for Tecsound are very competitive, certainly with the two products you purchased, we are the lowest in the UK for these two specific product lines.
As you will have noticed by now, they are very heavy products and at 44kg for 1 roll, they cannot be sent with a regular courier. This means we offer a half pallet rate to try to mitigate the costs where we can. A Half pallet rate covers from 50kg to 500kg.
This means that your pallet was certainly at the bottom end of this scale. Additionally with the current and dramatic hike in fuel/delivery pricing our ongoing attempts to keep prices competitive is a bit like pushing water uphill at the moment.
I hope this helps with understanding our position but if you would like to speak about it further, I am happy to follow up?
Kind regards
Rick

Hello Ashley,
Thanks for taking the time to post iKoustic a review.
I was extremely disappointed to read about your experience and sincerely apologise for any disruption it may have cuased you. As you will note, from the vast majority of customer reviews, this is a very rare occurrence. We work hard to protect the materials during shipment but inevitably some will get damaged in transit given the nature of the product. I appreciate from my team that you are checking to see if you have any images of the damage and will forward them if you can find any. I also appreciate that you have worked around the damage and now finished the work.
One of the team will remain in contact to ensure you are comfortable with the outcome.
Kind regards
Rick

Great company amazing systems
So we have noisy neighbours for 5 years. Tried moving but didn't work out. Fitted Tecsound system to adjoining wall in lounge and now the noise is very muffled from them, at least 75% less. We are thrilled. Ikoustic sent the perfect quantities of everything and was all on time and undamaged. Heavily recommend to all

got a set of mute pads to go under myâŠ
got a set of mute pads to go under my smart turbo trainer for cycling, this is used in the spare room upstairs in the house wooden floor carpeted. Prior to install their was considerable noise downstairs due to vibration and sonic noise from peddling on the trainer, to the point upsetting other family members. After fitting these pads under the stand of the trainer and front wheel of the bike the noise has dramatically reduced as has all vibration, this has not just helped noise throughout the house and disturbance to others but smoothed out the ride feel for myself during use. I have tried various other products but these are the only thing that has worked.
The pads are adjustable and highly durable, I expect them to last for years. Well worth the cost.
They also came with free advice on how best to set up and use them, something not always supplied.
