Ilik has really transformed my skin and really improved my discolouration to the point that my face is a whole lot more even toned now!

I’ve been buying my prescription for to win all the way from the US for years and having it shipped to Dubai. So you can imagine my excitement when I found out about ILIK. Honestly, the product quality is exceptional. It goes on like butter with zero irritation. Customer Service is a breeze. They are very helpful and accommodating. For example, I wanted to discuss the details of my prescription with the dermatologist and I was able to contact them very easily and get a quick response. I keep telling all my friends if there is one skincare product you want in your routine it is tretinoin. And ILIK is the easiest most seamless way to get it.

I have extremely sensitive skin and have never been able to tolerate retinol or tretinoin — I’ve started and stopped more times than I can count. ilik changed that. Access to their dermatologist for personalized coaching made all the difference; the guidance was encouraging, specific, and got me through the adjustment period in a way no other brand ever has.
Two months in, my skin is glowing and undeniably more youthful. I’m excited to keep going.
Their care shows in every detail — from their outstanding customer service to the choice of glass over plastic bottles. They’re doing things differently, and it’s obvious.

I had a very disappointing and concerning experience with Ilik Health.

I completed the consultation in full and clearly set out my skin concerns, including whether anything should be prescribed at all. Despite that, I was prescribed a treatment immediately. Given how quickly it was done, I was left with serious doubts about whether my case was reviewed at all.

I was uncomfortable with the prescription from the start, so I emailed back and forth with customer service before proceeding. The responses I received were unhelpful and, in my view, did not properly address my concerns.

When the product arrived, I did not open it. Before using anything, I checked with my main dermatologist and another dermatologist I see regularly, and all of them advised that I should not use this product given my skin situation and the products already in my routine.

I informed Ilik Health immediately that the item had arrived unopened and that I needed a refund. Despite this, they refused to refund more than 50%.

I relied on the consultation process to assess whether this prescription was appropriate for me, and I do not feel that happened with proper care.

I would encourage others to think very carefully before proceeding.

The only reason I’ve given Illik 4 stars and not 5 is because I’ve only used it for a short period of time. It’s only been 2 months. I feel like there has been a difference with my skin texture, fine lines and my hyperpigmentation and I will continue to use it. Just received my second order and I’m pretty sure I will see more of a difference. I’ll write another review in 2 months!

2 months so far applying the cream prescribed for my pigmentation.
Spots are fading away, the formula is not too harsh. Very happy so far and will continue with the treatment.

I love it! Not only my acne is gone but also my skin texture has gotten INCREDIBLY better. Can't wait to get my new formula!

Before using ilik I use to follow their page on Instagram. I had observed the page for a while and then decided to finally give it a try. I have been battling rosacea for over 5 years now. I did the best I could— drink lots of water, used products as recommended to treat rosacea, cut out junk food, spicy food,and all whatever was linked to causing rosacea. Nothing really was working.

Ilik was then my holy grail. I have been using this for 2 months now and the improvement on my skin, seemed visible recently. So it’s not an instant miracle cream definitely but it is working for me, without me having to cut out on foods that I don’t like, or put up strict restrictions. Even my friends commented that my skin looks better now, though yes, I still have more redness to be reduced.

After using ilik for 3 months now, I truly can’t imagine my skincare routine without it. I’m super picky about what I use on my skin and trusting ilik with my customized routine was a no brainer after seeing real results shape up with other people.
