My family has ordered 2 collections of their special editions (the Gideon the 9th collection & T. Kingfisher novels). Both have been remarkably well done and the price of a normal hardback. The value and service have been incredible.

Great service, I had a book that was wrongfully sent back by the courier, they resolved the issue. Thanks to Hannah from illumicrate i get sent my replacement book soon.

I enjoy all their special prints so much! I´m a very happy customer.

2 out of the 3 boxes I have received have had a damaged book in them! Huge scratches down the cover. The first time there was great customer service but not the second time. I put in a ticket to show them a few weeks ago and never heard anything back! I don’t want to stay with their service if all the books are going to arrive damaged. It’s a shame because I am enjoying all the other items!

Excellent customer service. Responded very quickly to my query and helped resolve the issue (that was my fault in the first place). Very accommodating.

The boxes are amazing and they honestly chose the best books! This is the best website to have a subscription because of the variety of genres they include and have.
Ilumicrate also has an amazing support, they answer your problems within a few hours and are always kind and helpful!

I’ve dealt with their customer service twice, and it’s always slapped. This week specifically they got back to me within an hour to solve my password reset issue. They’re super kind and just a fantastic company.

Incredible service! I’ve had 4 monthly book boxes from them now and they’ve always been amazing quality products and gorgeous books! Even if every item hasn’t been perfect for me, they have all been products I’ve been in awe of!
My last order was unfortunately missing an item (it was a small coin so I can understand how it got accidentally missed in packing), so I emailed them and the team got back to me within the day and are sending out a replacement item! I’ve been a happy subscriber of Illumicrate for 4+ years now, and I love their attention to detail and creativity. The items they include are always practical and high-quality, and the artists they collaborate with are incredibly talented. Their exclusive editions are stunning, with beautiful customizations like sprayed edges, unique covers, and foil detailing that make each book feel so special.

I also want to mention how much I enjoyed the recent 1000+ piece puzzle—it was amazing! I would love to see more puzzles like this in future boxes, as they add a really fun and engaging element to the experience. I just bought the Andrew Joseph White collection from Illumicrate and I was absolutely blown away with how incredible the set it, the colours are super saturated, the art work is out of this world. I’ve had boxes in the past too and they have always been top of the line. Will always recommend!
