There are very few people I will let go in my ear with a sharp, pointy object mere centimetres from giving me a lobotomy. Melissa was flawless - an uncut diamond, battling the ear wax epidemic of 2026 one suction tube at a time. My appointment was straight forward in Manchester City Centre, and Melissa made me feel at ease before the procedure. Will definitely go again.

Melissa (Sale branch) is a true professional. Very friendly and she listened to my concerns and gave helpful advice and information. And solved my ear wax problem. A spacious, clean and well equipped clinic. Ten out of ten! Highly recommended.

Beware!
I bought hearing aids from their Sheffield clinic at Meadowhall. Three months later the clinic has closed with not even a courtesy call to inform us of the closure. I am now left with no convenient local clinic and their nearest clinic is in Manchester. They have refused a refund.
I telephoned the audiologist 4 times last week to make arrangements for the home visit that was the company’s proposed aftercare solution following the closure of the clinic. On each occasion the audiologist said he would phone back and confirm a date & time, but on each occasion he never did. This proposed solution for aftercare clearly doesn’t work.

Excellent procedure.
James came to my house with in two hours of requesting his services. The procedure was a combination of flushing and suction on a very blocked ear, eventually it cleared.
It's now the best that it's ever been for "ears". Thank you, James.

Booked for ear wax removal in September 2025 at Sale branch. Kelly the audiologist was lovely, highly knowledgeable, and answered a wide range of questions, and ensured my every concern was met. I wasn't rushed at all. We looked at live video inside my ears and the audiologist guided me through what we were looking at. It turned out my ears didn't need ear wax removal, so I was only charged half the price, which was already agreed ahead of the appointment. Kelly didn't try to sell me any service I didn't need, so I'd recommend if you are on the fence about attending. The place was spotlessly clean and parking was available on site.

Visited I love my ears based in Manchester City centre. Was seen by Kelly, who was very warm, friendly, and Proffessional. After checking my ears, she administered a hearing test. What a thorough all round examination, and I would whole heartedly recommend Kelly 100%.

I visited Aqsa at the Bury branch. She explained everything clearly and was very reassuring. I was so relieved when the wax was removed, I would highly recommend. Thanks Aqsa😊

I went to my appointment at I Love My Ears today to have my ears cleared of excess wax. I was greeted by the most delightful Melissa who did her job with gentleness, care and attention whilst engaging in pleasant conversation. She then concluded by giving me a hearing test. All in all a great service. Would I recommend I Love My Ears? Definitely.
