Jack was friendly, polite and professional. He made the whole experience enjoyable and easy to understand. I would highly recommend Jack and his services to anybody wishing to get good financial advice.

I had a very useful financial health check with Ben Gow. The session was very informative - we covered a lot during the session and he was patient with my questions. From the session I have been able to better understand how to achieve my goals and create an action plan.

Jack had some great advice regarding my pension diversification, general life advice and setting me up for the future. An easy to understand and productive conversation over teams.

The Financial Advice I received was exactly what I required. The session was not rushed in any way and helped confirm my plans were realistic and achievable

Jack Saunders listened to my queries and gave me relevant advice. As a mid-career, but new company employee he gave me relevant guidance of how to maximise my pension. He also pointed me towards budgeting tools for day to day spending. I feel this advice was invaluable as it was what I expected to hear, but wanted confirmation as it was the opposite of current company pensions guidance. I am more confident to make my pension work for me and that I can afford to retire on my own terms. To improve, I would have liked a slightly better email outline of our conversation as I was unable to take everything down that we discussed.

I had been struggling for months with fragmentary and conflicted information about the terms and conditions affecting the decisions I needed to make in order to access my pension benefits. Jack was able to give me clarity on several key points which, until that point, had been mired in doubt and mixed messaging.

Initial access to advice was delayed due to my employer’s pension scheme (who were paying for this advice) - no fault of Informed Pensions.
A telephone appointment was then made swiftly, and the advisor (Ben) called promptly at the agreed time. The advisor was clear to obtain all relevant information and was easy to talk to. I would say that his questions were comprehensive and that he fully understood our needs and concerns.
His advice was provided at time of discussion and followed up with a clear report.
All-in-all a very comfortable experience and I have confidence in the advice given.

Friendly, relaxed manner on telephone. Took time to go over options & revisit any areas of uncertainty. Quick response to emails etc. I was a little unsure about getting in touch re my pension but was pleasantly surprised by how easy they made it seem. All in all very impressed.

An absolutely brilliant process of getting initial pension advice on my deferred DB pension from my former workplace employer who had arranged for this advice.
The initial digital forms which are e-mailed to you are simple to fill in (although you do, then need to find quite a bit of relevant info) you then email the forms back before an arranged 'teams' initial advice meeting. This pension advice meeting was really open, honest, interactive, and enlightening, this enabled me to make some good basic decisions, which meant I went no further for now. However Ben Gow was superb and led me through alot of info and scenarios and I look forward to working with him in the future when the time is right for me.

Friendly and professional advice without a big sell.

Had a call with Ben Gow of Informed Pensions to discuss some preliminary information regarding a Defined Benefits pension. Ben was very helpful and was able to answer most of my initial questions. Where he wasn't able to answer, he took on specific actions and he quickly followed up on these to provide answers.

We were very unsure of which path we were taking as we were given so many options, some we had never heard of.
After speaking to Ben and discussing the options we have a much clearer vision and he addressed concerns we had with one of the funds.

Pension - Plain English
I found Ben explaining the complex Pension language in a great way, answered all my questions, and would explain something again in a different way to help my understanding on such an important part of lives - Pension Thankyou again Ben
