Meeting was well-structured around a good understanding of my situation and goals. All questions were answered clearly and technical points explained in terms that I could understand.

I recently had a telephone appointment with Ben Gow to discuss my PIE pension options. I did not know what to expect and was a little nervous and worried at the thought of taking in and understanding all the jargon.
I had no need to be worried after talking to Ben and telling him my concerns and thoughts for the future he carefully listened then explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. He was, patient, honest, knew his stuff and not biased in any way. By the time we finished the call I felt very reassured and confident knowing that with Bens help and advice not only was I able, I knew I was going to make the right decision for my future.
