bought the pro version to transfer multiple files from multiple old ios backups stored on a PC. It mostly worked but there was an issue with transferring some files. Tech support got back to me within an hour and trouble shot the issue. It took a few tries but it was resolved the next day. Very useful utility!
I bought the pro version. My intention was to transfer my WhatsApp chats, messages, documents, and multimedia from my iPhone to my Android phone. The company Wazzappmigrator recommends the iMacTools extractor for this procedure. IT DIDN'T WORK. The company's support (Shannon) contacted me via 40 emails, but they couldn't figure out what I believe is "simple." I wasn't very satisfied with the service because I felt Shannon was annoyed when I asked questions. I sent her screenshots to show her that what she was telling me wasn't happening. I think the company's support is very inexperienced. Their software might help you see inside the system, but it definitely doesn't help you find the file needed to transfer WhatsApp. Therefore, they shouldn't sell it because it's a scam. My phones are an iPhone XR and the new Samsung S24+.
I’ve been using the ibackup viewer it’s been great and recent software update created a bug which I have reported and I must tell you the guys (Shannon) was great he responded quickly and with 2 more bug fixes he got it right and up and running!!! I should mention that this software is the ONLY one which enable Hebrew language (Right to Left) texts exported extracted and. Printed!!! Heart company
