Still Being Charged for Defunct Imagekind Website
I've been a paying customer of Imagekind.com since 2022. The site appears to have gone offline sometime in 2024âit's now just a placeholder page wishing visitors happy holidays. Emails to support bounce back, and there's no way to log in or cancel service. Despite this, I'm still being charged a monthly fee.
After contacting my bank, I was referred to CafePress, which acquired Imagekind in 2008. However, CafePress now claims they sold the company and have no records or responsibility, even though public information still links Imagekind to their brand.
There is no clear ownership, no customer support, and no way to cancel the service from the customer side. This is an unacceptable business practice and borders on fraud. Iâve filed a complaint with my bank, the BBB, and the FTC.
