I ordered an item from here dated 3/11/2025 after several emails and being told that there is a delay due to some reason or another I have not received my order I send them emails and then they reply - this is a con company DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY! It seems like I am not the only person who has gone through this! 😞

Placed a £70 order and told it would be received 7-10 business days later. 3 weeks have now passed and every time I contact them their response is that if I do not hear from them in 5-7 days to contact them. I have received no shipping information and I do not believe I am ever going to receive my item. That's fine - it was only my daughter's Christmas present!

Ordered because delivery was 1-2 weeks and 8 weeks on, still no delivery or even been shipped. Asked for my money back several times and they just keep replying thanking me for my patience.. missed my daughter’s birthday and now Christmas. DON’T USE

Ordered 4 weeks ago- item was in stock and ready to ship, delivery stated 7-14 days. Item still not sent and vague replies only, haven’t offered refund just told me to contact my bank. DO NOT USE

Ordered 5 weeks ago and not even dispatched yet despite the website saying delivery 7 to 14 days after ordering. I do not believe they have anything in stock and do not believe the numerous excuses for the delays in emails. I have reported to my credit card and raised a dispute but I do not recommend buying from NUMI.

Shelves are coming apart. I bought these in 2023 and installed them as floating shelves on my wall, following instructions. They didn't sit quite flush against the wall but instead sort of hung a little bit away from it at the top (where the shelves attach to the wall), with the bottom resting against the wall. I think the strains from this configuration has caused the shelves to come apart slightly at the joints (very visible gaps forming), resulting in a noticeable downward sloping of the shelves. So a year after installation, I am looking to fix it by adding shelving brackets beneath the shelves. Otherwise, I'm sure these shelves will eventually fall apart.

Took several days to reach customer support and only received a vague indication of when order will ship. I have canceled my order.

Extremely poor quality product and won't give a return. Please don't fall for their scam.

I ordered shelving from Numi April 1 with a 15 percent off sale (which seems to be permanent). My order confirmation included no estimate of when my shelves would ship, so I reached out to the company after a month. At the time, I was told no estimate could be provided and offered an additional 5 percent off. Later, I was given an estimate of 8 or possible 10 weeks from my order date and another 5 percent discount. At 10 weeks, I reached out again and was told my shelves were not ready and no estimate could be provided. This time, I was offered another discount or a full refund. I accepted the refund, which was paid within 48 hours. At one point, the delays were blamed on worldwide wood shortages. Customer service was polite and responsive but never initiated contact about my order. The company continues to advertise their product and 15 percent sale aggressively, though they seem to have huge delivery issues.
