Imagine Cruising USA レビュー

They always answer promptly when I call with questions about my upcoming trip. They give complete answers with good ideas.

Ferdinand went out of his way to accomadate me (handicapped) in purchasing my trip flight. He was attentive and responded the next day to my questions with answers in a timely manner.

The whole trip looks amazing - Jonathon was great to work with. The process was easy. The trip is a year and a half away but we're already anxious to go!

Reservation was very informative and efficient. He answered all my questions and more.

Everything. A total package deal.

Very courteous with good follow-up. Excellent summary of Vacation highlights

Working with their representatives is easy, they are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Imagine Cruising booked my flight at $3000 more than I was able to get the flight from Delta directly. While I was able to get credit from Delta for the difference in price, there was no reason that I had to lay $3000 out in advance for these flights.

FERDINAND IS VERY RESPONSIVE AND HELPFUL.

Everyone I've dealt with at Imagine Cruising have been professional, knowledgeable, and helpful especially Ferdinand who I dealt with recently. I noticed a difference in price for airfare and he immediately took care of it. Will definitely consider taking another tour/cruise with Imagine Cruising.

When I booked, I specifically asked whether my cabin would be on Deck 11, as I am travelling with two other couples who are both located on that deck. I provided David with both of their names so he could also see their locations. He assured me more than once that I would be assigned a cabin on Deck 11 and said he would need to contact Concierge to obtain the cabin number, as he could not do so himself.

I have now received my reservation and, not only am I not assigned to Deck 11, I don't appear to have a cabin assigned at all. Given that I specifically confirmed this before booking, I am very disappointed and would like this addressed.

I’ve booked 2 future cruises. All has been GREAT so far. Agents super knowledgeable. Anxiously awaiting our1st one next spring.

We have had great experience with the people we have worked with at Imagine Cruising. This time Ferdinand helped us. He was very helpful, very thorough and friendly. These days when you call most travel companies you are connected to someone that speaks English as a second language, however we have never had issues with understanding these folks.

Jonathan worked with me and my party for several weeks. He provided a wealth of information about the trip. We appreciate his help!

I've been wanting to go to Japan for awhile but my husband was hesitant until he saw this offer. We like the combination of land and cruise to see all the sights. The price was perfect. Sebastian was excellent and patient in answering my many questions and so polite. We are looking forward to our trip in March 2027. Thank you Sebastion.

Tara found a great deal

So far all that’s been discussed has happened. Sebastian has been great to work with considering we don’t leave for Japan cruise followed by China land tour; 25 days total, until March.

Our sales agent, Zane Rusinowski, was fabulous in every way. He spent about three hours with us answering all of our questions, assisting us to make good decisions, and setting up all of the details of our 'bucket list' trip, the Ultimate Australia & New Zealand All-Inclusive Rail Journey & Luxury Cruise. Zane made the booking process enjoyable and thorough as well as reduced any anxiety we had about such a big purchase. We can hardly wait to go!

I had great service from Ferdinand. He listened to my requests for making flying arrangements, after a few minutes, he called back with 3 options. Selection was easy and booking and deposit processed efficiently.

Zane was very nice, explaining everything about the Cruise answered all our questions. We understood everything about the payments and what to expect.
