I had great service from Ferdinand. He listened to my requests for making flying arrangements, after a few minutes, he called back with 3 options. Selection was easy and booking and deposit processed efficiently.

Zane was very nice, explaining everything about the Cruise answered all our questions. We understood everything about the payments and what to expect.

Ferdinand was very friendly and helpful when booking our flights.

Jonathan's responsiveness to both phone calls and emails was impressive and greatly appreciated. He answered all our questions and even anticipated a few with ready information.

First off, the trip we booked is a great deal, even after converting price to Canadian dollars. Second, Jonathan provided exceptional service. Explained things in detail and answered all questions clearly. It's a lengthy process to cover everything off, but it was a pleasure dealing with this individual.

Availability at time of contact to answer questions. Patience when there were some glitches. Will wait to evaluate the trip when taken.

We just finished working with Angie from the Concierge team, and couldn’t be happier. She was thorough, communicated well, and was especially helpful. This is our first experience with Imagine, and so far… great! We travel next May and look forward to a wonderful experience!

Harry was great to work with, very patient and took time to thoroughly explain everything. I didn't feel rushed or pressured to make a decision.

First time using it and was nervous it might be a scam. Took a chance because the trip looked awesome. Spoke to Vincent initially and was given a good overview of the trip. So I booked it.When flights became avaliable I researched them and then called to see about booking our flight. Spoke with Nancy and she was amazing in working with me to solidify our flights. She gave me our choices and we booked it. She made sure she got us the seats we wanted. When she realized we had the cruise after she changed our flight departure and notified me immediately. So far I am impressed. I expect the trip will be impressive as well.Hoping so.

Imagine Cruising offers great travel packages with smaller groups of people (40 or less). The Sales Team is good at explaining the packages offered by the company, how Imagine Cruising came to be, etc. They offer a luxury service with the customer paying one price for the vacation and everything is included, except trip insurance. Hotels, all transfers, airfare, the land and sea portion of the package are all included. We were happy to not have to worry about all of that and willing to give them a try.

They require a substantial down payment, that is not refundable, and I was told we would be paying another substantial payment when the Customer Service team would call to set up the airfare. The third payment is due 5 months before the vacation. We were prepared for this and made our second payment today.

The Customer Service Team/Concierge is who I am dealing with now. Getting in contact with them was difficult as the Imagine Cruising website has hours listed for when they are open but it only applies to the Sales Team and that is not stated clearly on their website. The Customer Service/Concierge team has totally different hours which are difficult to discern from the website, and are still incorrect on the website, and they are not open on Saturday or Sunday.

Booking flights with the Customer Service/Concierge has been a difficult process that started yesterday with an email and a phone call from the concierge. We talked and went over 3 different options for flights and airlines which my husband and I discussed and we emailed back the option we wanted as instructed. The phone appointment today with the concierge was to confirm our choice and follow up on everything else. She never called me at the appointed time. I finally had to call her after waiting 1.5 hours. All of the flight information she had given us yesterday was incorrect. We ended up with a completely different airline and flight schedule than what she had offered and today there was no choice. The Sales Team told me when we booked our vacation package there would be no problems with flying out of our local airport, we would just have to pay the difference in price to fly to a major airport. Instead, we were charged a $580 fee per person for changing airports and still did not get to fly out of our local airport. We are flying out of a major airport that is closer to our house then the original one Imaging Cruising assigned to us with no discussion. In addition to paying the $580 pp fee now I have to find a hotel for when we fly home because our flight is getting in late at night and we are 3.5 hours away from the airport. I wish Imagine Cruising had not included the airfare and just let us book it ourselves. It would have saved us money and a lot of time.

So far this is not feeling like the premier "we take care of everything" package we purchased and the total cost of the vacation went up by $4,000 which we were not expecting.

All of that being said, we are still hoping the trip itself will be worth it and we are looking forward to our vacation.

What a great Company. We were having some issues on a trip we booked to Australia/New Zealand. My issues were elevated from the Concierge Department, to higher management and within two days, the issue was resolved to our benefit. We have not taken our trip yet, but with the great attention to customer service, we are looking forward to our trip with Imagine Cruising. Thank you Craig!

Very innovative combination of cruises and land. Customer service was great. Answered all questions and booking was easy.

I booked what I consider a complicated trip involving a tour in India, a cruise and a tour in Japan. This involves many airline flights, transfers, and hotels. Not only is the travel complicated, the package offered through Imagine Cruising is designed for an European market. The trip had to be reconfigured to suit someone in the USA. Jonathon Gilchrist in England was the advisor whom I worked with. He was a dream and got this whole trip booked within an hour or two. He is a true professional in his demeanor and made the process interesting and enjoyable.

Your concierge gave me a suggested flight program and I asked about a direct flight and she was able to make it happen.

Staff and booking agent, Frances, were pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend
