Terrific Patience
Since I am a 78 year old, widowed, retired Librarian, my credit card issuers set low limits on my cards. What they don't know -- probably because they never checked -- is the fact that I pay my credit card bills directly out of an $80,000 Money Market account, regularly fed by over $1.5 million in conservative investments. I just spent FOUR HOURS, trying to pay the deposit on my last Bucket list vacation. My Imagine Cruising contact, Zane, was more than patient, and very pleasant throughout the entire farce, which was resolved, finally, with a quick trip to the bank to authorize a wire transfer for the full price of the trip.
Thank you very much, Zane, and thank you, Imagine Cruising, for hiring such a nice guy!

Long booking process
I have no idea what our trip will be like, but the booking process seems a little slow. The agent was knowledgeable and friendly, it is just the process that I did not like. Impossible to book online, it required a phone call. We had to go through a long process of going through a contract. If you are busy, this process does not help. I can understand why you may want to do it, but I am not sure if going through all of this will actually eliminate problems with a client that does not read the fine print.
I just hope the actual experience and service provided during the trip will turn out to be as good as we expect.
