I feel that while Angie is listeningâŠ
I feel that while Angie is listening she is not hearing what we are trying to communicate. I think she just wants to be done with us. This is my first time working with your company and I have been told I need to submit an additonal deposit, this is a bait and switch. After arguing with Angie it was removed. I am not pleased with the flights and was told in the contract you can give me up to two connecting flights. I cannot find that info anywhere.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the experience you've had while working with us. Itâs important to us that our clients feel heard and valued, and we regret that you felt otherwise.
Regarding the additional deposit, we strive for transparency in our processes. As stated in our initial documents at the time of booking, connecting flights are indeed a possibility, as we cannot guarantee the route or carrier until they are within our system's range. The deposit is required because we book from a live environment once flights become available.
For your protection as a guest, as well as ours as a tour operator, please note that calls are recorded for quality assurance purposes. This practice helps us improve our service and address any concerns effectively.
We understand that travel arrangements can be complex, and we are here to assist you. If you have any further questions or need clarification, please donât hesitate to call us. We would appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns further and ensure your satisfaction.
Thank you again for your feedback.

Helpful Zane
Zane answered all our questions. If he didn't immediately know the answer, he quickly checked, politely asked us to hold for a very short period, before telling us what we needed to know. He went out of his way to find accommodating flights and then sent all the information requiring signatures to us promptly. Thank you!
