Imagine Cruising USA レビュー

This was our first experience with Imagine Cruising and both Oliver and Harry have been very helpful in answering our questions and securing our reservation.

Kerry in the concierge dept was VERY helpful.
Our flight home was canceled by the airline and Kerry jumped thru hoops to re-arrange our flights home the way we wanted.
I very much appreciate all she did.
She really went above and beyond.
She was professional, efficient, patient and kind.

Everything was explained honestly and clearly.

Harry Powell was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

Great job, Oliver!!

Good explanation of the cruise.

Frances returned my calls and made booking easy,

Francis was very knowledgeable and professional.

Vencent was great I was fully informed and he took the time to explain everything. Thank you Venceny

pleasant reps, easy transaction, great communications and explanations.

I had a variety of questions for Katlyn and I was delighted to discover that she had all the answers and was a delight to talk to. After a lifetime of traveling the world, I find talking to agents to be underwhelming many times. Be it a combo of the system you use and Katlyn, or just Katlyn, I am very pleased with the call.

I have not yet gone on my trip (9 months from now) and, hopefully the experience will continue to be good but, so far, it’s been excellent. Imagine Cruising has provided all the needed information in a very timely manner. Even when I needed some additional information and could not reach the customer service dept, the manager called me back to provide the necessary information. The booking process, including upgraded airfare has been quick and efficent. The trip, which is a land and sea voyage throughout Japan appears to be extremely well planned, all inclusive and high end. If the result ends up as impressive as it’s been so far, I will certainly use their services in the future and recommend them to others.

Absolutely the most knowledgeable and helpful travel professional I have ever encountered. He was able to immediately answer all my prepared questions, and anticipate others. It was a great help that he had actually been on the trip which I was planning.

Easy online booking process. Clearly stated offerings

It was very easy to book our tour. Very knowledgeable about the tours and hotels. Could answer our questions easily.
Cannot wait to go in September. Will do a review after it is completed.

Vincent Nicholas was most helpful, polite and professional. He ensured that I understood every aspect of my booking and I feel most confident that all details are in order. Thank you Vincent.

We've only just booked a trip to Singapore and Sydney with a cruise on Celebrity for March 2027. Jonathan made the booking process very smooth. He answered all of our questions thoroughly, explained the included and not included parts of the trip. He made sure our reservation would be synched with our friends who booked before we did. This will ensure that we'll all be staying at the same hotels. He was delightful to work with. We are excited for March 2027!
