The order was not delivered in time, postponed and then cancelled. And I didn’t request the cancellation

This is the worst company to deal with. They take your money, don’t send goods, and only refund when you dispute through your pay channel, such as PayPal. I would strongly recommend you do not deal with this company.

Delivery took ages 3 weeks longer than the stated 4 weeks. I can not recommend.

The after sales service was great after we experienced problems with the first delivery. Once this was sorted we are very pleased with the furniture.

I ordered and waited and waited, I had to ring only to be told it's actually out of stock. So it means I would have waited for a long time if I didn't ring but got a refund straight after that. I've now bought my TV stand from a catalogue

Items never arrived. Lots of excuses given. After months of no delivery I requested a refund from PayPal which was issued in full.

I searched for a few months and this was the best value for money: Ottavia 180cm White Marble Dining Table + 6 Grey Lion Knocker Faux Leather Chairs.

When asking questions before buying; Jay always responded quickly by e-mail and the after care was just as quick. When phoning let it ring out and try again someone always picks up.

We had problems with the premium service, but Jay and colleagues at Imagine X were very apologetic about. We did get all our issues resolved within three weeks.

I am looking to buy more from Imagine X as they give good value for money. With patience and understanding in these difficult times they give a great after service to ensure you are happy with your purchases.

Bought a marble topped table and it was delivered damaged, not the fault of ImagineX but they keep using the same courier and they say they have delivered 3 table tops to them but not one has been delivered to us, customer service now say they will not refund me - has to be in original box. I’ve been waiting 2 months for all of this to be resolved and now I’m left with a broken table top and a courier company that won’t deliver but has send me 7 delivery slots and never turns up (their customer services told me today ‘no idea where it is’ but it’s a 125kg top, you don’t just lose it!! it’s a complete disgrace but I’m the one who has lost out. ImagineX have you seen all the recent TrustPilot reviews of the courier? Shame on you…

I ordered the Louis grey marble dining table and plush velvet chairs from Imaginex Furniture & Interiors and I was so pleased with the product. The sales team went above and beyond to assist me in selecting a table and chairs that would match my home, despite that the experience was all virtual. Delivery was faster than any other furniture company I have dealt with in the past and I was kept well-informed by the customer service team in the period between order and delivery. I browsed many different sites and stores and I wasn’t able to find this quality at this price anywhere else. They are really competitive. An excellent experience all round. Would definitely buy from them again, especially since I have noticed that they quite regularly update their site with new products.

I would highly recommend no one ever purchases anything from this disappointing company. I spent £1200 on a dining room suite and have had nothing but hassle, I bought this suite in March and as of yet I still don't have a complete suite. The quality of furniture is diabolical, the customer service is atrocious. I'm currently sat with over 26 chair legs as every set I have received is damaged, or does not fit the chairs purchased. This company is an absolute SCAM
