Very pleased with the table and chairs I purchased..only problem I had was that the table legs was missing,contacted the company and they sent them straight out and received them 2 days later..Table and chairs are beautiful and will defo be using again

Fantastic service, when we received the chairs one of the knockers had slightly come off but received a refund within minutes. Can not fault one bit and the table and chairs look amazing 🤩

Ordered the louis 180cm marble with the grey velvet ring knocker chairs.
Was advised delivery would be 2-3 week and received on the second week. Got an email with the tracking and their courier sent me a text with a time slot. Bought the premium assembly package as well and all went smoothly.
Very happy with the new dining set, many compliments from family and friends.

Placed order 3 weeks ago....still.no delivery. No reply to emails or calls!

Our order arrived with parts missing and we notified them the same day that these parts were missing. Three weeks later they have still not sent them out. We were told a couple of weeks ago that the parts had been sent from the warehouse and would be with us within 7-10 days. Nothing arrived and we are now back to having to chase by email to get a response. It’s so frustrating and shows how badly organised they are. I wouldn’t recommend this company as you end up being the one having to do all the running if something goes wrong.

It’s interesting how this company have replied to this trustpilot review but not my emails. In any event their reply again includes wrong information. Still nothing has been delivered and they have twice failed to provide me the tracking details of the parts reportedly send out so that I can independently verify that the package has even left their warehouse.

Delivery was quick
However - have had table 6 weeks now and unable to use it. Due to missing bolts the delivery company left it installed but lopsided. Delivery company came out again and blamed supplier. Supplier blamed delivery company!
We can only get refund if we return the table at our own costs in original packaging which delivery company took away!!
Spent 6 weeks chasing, complaining and next steps are now trading standards. But this is an appalling company that we will never deal with again!! 6 weeks - each week the company say the bolts are posted, the table is that heavy we can not even move it!!
DO NOT Take the risk that you will get this quickly or a £100 cheaper 0 it is not worth it

It’s a very It’s a very useless company, bought the dining set @ £1115 and the reason for buying this was because I got a call from their company saying they are able to deliver between 24to30 of may 2021 and I proceed by placing the order and to my knowledge they didn’t deliver and I said I would like to cancel the order if the time given is not possible. And b4 I knew it one minute later the order was cancelled and I had to call them and ask why did you cancel because you said you will get back to me before making the cancellation. The guy apologised and said if I would like to place the order again that he’s willing to give me a discount of £100 and I accepted the offer. Remember they’ve cancelled the previous or and I was waiting for my refund and and I paid towards the new order that was discounted so I paid £1100 with my debit card instantly thinking I will get my other refund within 3-5 working days. But trust me from on the 27th till on the 3rd I’m still waiting for my refund I have called and emailed no response. Please I will not recommend this people at all and the second order that was paid in full I still haven’t received it so I have over £2200 with this people. Ordered two bar stools, one broke within a couple of weeks. I emailed and had a replacement one sent out within days, no fuss :)

Fantastic experience from start to finish I was made feel very welcome and customer service is fantastic.
The product is superb can’t describe it in words .
Will be back and recommended highly .

Brilliant service, enquired about delivery time of colour I wanted, fast response saying it would be 5-6 weeks, offered alternate colour which I ordered, arrived within a week. Thank you

I ordered a table and chairs SET that had a predicted delivery of 8th April-18th April. I was completing on a house so those dates were perfect as I’d have the keys by then. I was contacted by the courier company end of March to say they wanted to deliver the following week. I emailed them back and ImagineX to be told by ImagineX they will hold the order. On the Sunday night I got a text to say they was delivering the following day (29th March), I hadn’t got the keys to the house yet so I text back saying no to delivery. This was ignored and then the delivery man called the next day to say he was on his way. I cancelled it and contacted the couriers and ImagineX to delay till the following week but to give me notice before delivery or call to arrange. They then gave me less than 24 hours to deliver to the property and I had to change the date. When that day came only the table top arrived. I emailed ImagineX to be told the courier has “lost” the other items. I then had another delivery arranged and that was just the chairs not the table legs or frame that arrived . I’ve advised if the legs aren’t here by Saturday I would like the whole order collected.

The frame and legs were to be delivered on a Friday night the day before I was due to move in (which was ridiculous anyway why are they delivering at that time of night?) and all that arrived was the frame and no legs. As they haven’t delivered on their promise to get the frame and legs to me this week I have asked for a full refund and for them to collect the furniture. Oh and we set up the chairs up today and one has a mark on it and wobbles. You can’t make it up.

Finally received the legs to the table on the Monday and I have set it up. Despite the mark and wobble of one of the chairs the table looks great in my dining room and the quality is good. I wouldn’t say it was worth the hassle I had though and I won’t be ordering again however the company will be giving me a partial reimbursement for my troubles which is appreciated.

I hope they have learnt their lesson from this experience and perhaps look at working with another courier company? Someone more reliable who doesn’t lose things or send out stuff in 4 separate deliveries.

Was a little bit dubious of ordering off this site after reading some reviews I’m so glad I decided to order my bed from them it is beautiful the service was outstanding and jay kept us informed and answered question promptly I would defiantly order from there site again excellent value for money thanks guys

After i placed my order i went through some reviews and i got panicked, as lots of them were really bad, i thought that i lost my money or will never see a dinning table at my new house, but i was wrong.
Although it takes some time to communicate with them but believe me rest assured that they do exist and if there is any problem with missing parts or missing screws or whatever, they do their best to solve it and send some replacements.
The pandemic affected all services around the country but they are really doing their best.
I am in love with my Louis marble dinning table with chairs and bench, they look luxurious and elegant, and many thanks to Jay who solved everything for me, much appreciated.

Lost a star because when Ordered I was expecting a 2-3 week delivery, but was then told oos and wouldn’t be in until June, however was delivered this week (end of March).
Customer service was excellent though!
I absolutely love the tables, very pleased with them 😁
