When it comes to the purchasing with M-Pesa, it works very well. Amazon normally refuses my Kenyan card for some reason so had to ask these guys to buy for me. They didn't charge me anything

It is worth noting that they haven't increased rates even as other companies rushed to take advantage of the covid situation and that's great since there is no need to take advantage of such a situation. Being like the kind landlord and taking care of your customers is the way to go

I sent several boxes containing books I value very much and kitchen utensils. Unfortunately it seems they arrived to your company in a worn out box. Jon called me and assured me that everything inside was fine but I'd have to buy boxes for the repackaging which would be done for free. I can confirm you kept your word and receiver in Kenya assured me goods arrived in good condition

Very well capable of shipping large cargo by air. Pallets from California had been shipped to them and the goods were loaded on the plane within days

Expedited shipping with DHL is a huge plus as its quite cheaper than normal DHL rates
