RÃŒcksendung sehr teuer, eben nicht aus Deutschland
Auf der Webseite steht
"Vegan, fair & sustainable shopping in Germany"

Hi Jem,
Thank you for your review, and Iâm sorry for the delay you experienced with your refund.
We can confirm that your return was delivered to the brandâs warehouse on January 21st and, once the item was received and checked by them, your refund has now been fully processed.
As a marketplace working directly with independent brands, refunds are issued once a return has been logged and inspected by the brand, which in this case took longer than expected as they process returns in batches. That said, we completely understand how frustrating this wait would have been, and weâre very sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Thank you for your patience, and please donât hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions.
Kind regards,
Fantastic solutions-focussed customerâŠ

All ethical everything
My go-to place for things such as vegan shoes, which are hard to find elsewhere. I've always been super happy with their customer service as well as the great range of available products. All their products come from sustainable sources and are ethically made. Plus, they have a great newsletter (one for men and one for women). Highly recommend!

Disappointed with the boots
Disappointed with the boots, they looked and felt plastic, really hard material. Sent them back and had to send two emails chasing a refund.
I am disappointed to be writing this review as I really wanted to like them and the company

Hi Caroline,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the boots were not right for you and that the material did not meet your expectations.
We would also like to apologise for the delay you experienced while waiting for your refund. As soon as the brand confirmed receipt of the returned item, the refund was processed, and this was completed two days ago. We are sorry this was not resolved more quickly.
Your feedback is important to us and helps us improve both our product information and customer experience. If you ever wish to shop with us again and would like help choosing a different style or material, our team would be more than happy to assist.
Kind regards,
Immaculate Vegan Team
