Monza - first Grand Prix experience
I went to my first ever GP and what better way to do it than in Italy, at Monza.
Everything went very smoothly.. From the airport transfers with the events team, checking in at the hotel nice and early by around midday (accompanied by a nice welcoming drink), drinks reception on the rooftop terrace area on the first evening, fantastic breakfast (they even opened the restaurant up early for us to grab some breakfast before heading to the track!)
Monza itself was a spectacle, starting grid seats for the Saturday and Sunday... Brilliant experience from start to finish.
Looking forward to it again next year.

Excellent ColdPlay Event
We had a wonderful time at ColdPlay Wembley Stadium, closing night on Friday. Awesome experience, excellent organising throughout. Gemma, my main contact is absolutely fantastic & I trust her in organising all my events. Madison was brilliant also. Had a fantastic time in Italy and all though I couldnât make it to the Grand Prix due to my lack of walking and using a walking stick I must say a Massive thank you to CHLOE who tried everything in her power to get me there
She sorted out a wheelchair & arranged for my seat to be not too far from all amenities but unfortunately it was still too much for me

The Imperial Corporate Events Staff are marvelous. The hotel on Lake Como was Brilliant. The race was magnificent despite the winner. The Italian fans are so very passionate. However the three stars is for the coach parking 5 km away from our seats without a clear route plan to follow (Yes, there are lots of people to follow) but are they going to the same area as you? perhaps a guide to get you to the best gate for your entry would be a benefit. In summary, A Brilliant weekend but not the 5 star hospitality experience I was expecting. Read the content of the experience before you part with your cash!

Beware poor communication and absolutely no refunds!
Firstly Iâll start off with the good bits. I had 2 very good events with Imperial Corporate Events in 2024 and the British GP in 2025. They are expensive and I was paying personally vs through a company. But the organisation was good (the sales are very pushy though).
However my main concern is the lack of communication, and completely lack of any refund. I had unfortunately been admitted to hospital for 3 weeks when I should have been going to an event that I had paid nearly £1000 for. I had explained I couldnât attend and would like them to consider a refund. Apart from one email saying the decision was going to go to the board of directors and I would be notified within 3 days - I hadnât heard anything until the day of the event (which I was still in hospital). The decision was that they wouldnât refund me but that I could send other people in my place (they told me with no notice to find anyone else).
So my main advice is please strongly consider using Imperial Corporate Events - as the communication isnât good and there are absolutely no refunds.

The show itself I found interesting and the meal before was to a good standard. All in all we had a nice time but at what cost? I can't remember the exact cost but recall it to be £800+ for two people. The set meal we had on offer was priced at £49 each so let's call that £100 for two and the show was half full and from experience, that tells me I'd have picked tickets up on the night for £50 each. All in all, I feel I got £200 worth of event for £800 so feel it was a tad oversold?... Feel free to tell me otherwise?....

The day was part of my 40th birthday celebrations, and exceeded all expectations. Nothing was too much for the staff, the food was exquisite and The Function Band, WOW they totally made the day and were phenomenal.

The third time we have been and the last. Food was very good . Standard of service well below average. One or two girls on the case, however food waiting staff useless but what do you expect when you employ kids with no experience . The lead singer kept shouting rather than singing. He also kept swearing as he thought he was in Oasis..what a bellâŠ!!
