Top Service

This company is my go to if I ever need a car. They are on time, polite and professional. Also if you need to speak to someone to amend the booking or ask any questions they are all really polite and professional. I had to amend my booking at short notice and they were able to accommodate me with no issues or fuss.

Driver had to clear his own rubbish out

Driver had to clear his own rubbish out of boot to put our cases in, air on not on, driver asking fairly personal questions to talk on way there. Couldn't find address despite having post code and map, definitely didn’t feel like an imperial experience. To be fair an Uber Prius would have been just as good.

Dear Scott,

Thank you for taking the time to provide the review. We take all feedback very seriously, and since you received unexpected service, we sincerely apologise. Your honest review has been very helpful to improve the service and we can guarantee you that this will never happen again.

We agree with you, and after researching the matter in response to your review, we determined that the service you had was not commensurate with a service of the luxury class. We have also taken serious action against our chauffeur.

Please contact us directly when you would like to make your next reservation, and we will provide you with an exceptional service and an outstanding discount to make up for the inconvenience you experienced in the previous job.

Once again our sincere apologies.

Kind Regards,

Customer Care Imperial Ride

Awesome Service!!!!!

The flight was delayed and then baggage was further delayed. However, the chauffeur waited patiently and was understanding of the situation. He also understood the roads well and manuevered around traffic prone areas to reach destination quickly. Also, was efficient in loading and unloading the suitcases (6) pretty quickly and efficiently.
