I have sold a few vehicles to Imperials and every time the experience is easy with very fast payment and a good price. I would highly recommend and look forward to doing more business in the future.

I went to buy a range rover vouge I found a good selection of cars at imperials Chelmsford the staff really new what they were talking about regarding each car
Jamie was the sales advisor and made me feel important and gave great advise the car is amazing never a issue ,I would recommended the garage and Jamie to anyone looking to buy a highend car

Great experience with Mason and Charlie. We purchase a Mini virtually - Mason FaceTimed me so we could see the car and it was then delivered to us in London the same day. Couldn’t have been more seamless! They were both a pleasure to deal with and we’re thrilled with the car.

Highly recommend. I’ve bought a number of cars through Imperials, very professional outfit who have a great variety of well spec’s cars. Specifically they were able to source a car for me on short notice. I’ve dealt with Jamie on numerous occasions, he’s very knowledgeable with great customer service.

My first time spending this amount of money on a vehicle so pretty scary time. I found imperial motors on auto trader, and from the very first contact made with them (Jake) I was made to feel very comfortable. There was no pushy salesman talk, just honest speaking and everything at my own pace and I certainly wasn’t rushed to take the vehicle, in fact the sale was delayed by a few days only for my benefit as Jake wanted Land Rover to do the final warranty check before I had the vehicle.
The day of collection I met another chap (Oliver) again couldn’t be any more helpful, the final paperwork was straight forward.
I would highly recommend these people if you’re looking to spend good money on a vehicle, your’ll not be disappointed.

After a dreadful service from our local Land Rover dealership (Lookers at Colchester) we went to Imperials to view a Range Rover Vogue.
From first contact with Jake, it was a totally different experience. He was helpful, knowledgable, and not the typical "pushy" car salesman. We found our perfect car, and also bought a second car!

From the very first visit ( we were just passing) Jake was attentive and most helpful. We were looking for Range Rover Vogue, and after spending time with Jake we decided to buy a Vogue and Range Rover Evoke.

Nothing was too much trouble for Jake and he did everything that we asked of him. Even checking after our purchases to see how we were getting on with our cars.

This is something that we have not experienced before...

Car was as described, Kevin provided videos for me as I live 500 miles away, answered all my questions. Very smooth handover on the day, very professional, cant fault them

Too be honest I was chasing them for answers to my questions,I thought my part exchange car they really didn't want and they must be doing well too pass up a new customer.

Had to prompt to receive an initial reply, 'hard to believe that I'm the one who is trying to spend money!

Sent over 50 photos with 10 pictures being the maximum that can be sent at any one time, sent detailed information regarding my Bentleys with pictures taking me until 10PM at night, I had been taking the photos from 3pm, so all in all this accumulated a huge amount of my time and day!
To receive No response, No reply!
Bunch of time wasting wankerx, making me wonder how they possibly manage to stay in business!!!
