I was a little nervous buying from due to some of the reviews out there but the parts were priced very well and the shipping was extremely fast. I didn't have to return anything or get support, so I can't speak to that, but I would definitely buy from them again.

Trash company, ordered emblem overlays for my car that didn’t even fit good, and alignment was wrong. Emailed customer service, not much of help at all. As well, little instruction or clarity in emblem overlays, tried many directions, videos, research etc until I finally realized the wrap was just trash. Didnt properly fit my emblem at all, btw everything on the website is overpriced js cop ur stuff on Amazon or any other company lowkey.

Everything was amazing until it wasn’t. I have spent well over 20k with this group. A package got lost/delivered to the wrong address. I reached out to them about it, was kept in the dark until following up with them about it 4 weeks later, they told me the claim was denied by UPS because they couldn’t get ahold of me. However I have the email exchange between myself and ups. So… never received my products, paid for shipping insurance and worst of all I never received a refund. This was all over a 150$ part.. I will not give them anymore of my money.

I’m leaving a review regarding my experience with Image
Import Racing, specifically with a representative named
Brittany. Throughout our communication, it became clear
that Image Import Racing has a concerning approach to
product functionality and returns. Fitment and proper
function are critical in mechanical parts to ensure safety and
performance. When receiving a part, it is essential to verify
that it fits correctly before installation. Unfortunately, Image
Import Racing’s policy states that if you assemble or even
test-fit a part, it is no longer eligible for return. This stance
ignores standard mechanical best practices and can lead to
serious issues if parts are assumed to fit without proper
verification. Additionally, their website lacks clear terms and
conditions—an important guideline for any reputable ecommerce business. My return was rejected because i installed the pilot bearing on the flywheel to check fitment
and functionality. Brittany insisted this meant the part was
used and non-returnable. She also questioned the absence
of flywheel bolts, which were never included in my
shipment. Overall, this experience has been frustrating due
to the company’s rigid policies and lack of transparency.
They need to understand that in real-world automotive
applications, mechanical fitment is essential. Without
transparency and flexibility, such rigid business policies risk
undermining customer trust and satisfaction.

Horrible company, take your business elsewhere unless you want horrible customer service. Ordered a Cobb license plate frame, and some coolant, was supposed to be delivered 5 days ago, but never came, so I requested a refund 4 different times and the gentlemen Jeff who was responding who not satisfy my request and they still haven’t provided me a refund for the two items I never received, so I contacted my bank and they said they will handle it. If you’re looking for Subaru parts etc… order from subispeed or rally sport direct for much better service.

Ordered an exhaust and it came in two days they are the best company I have ordered from!

I've bought from them on at least a dozen occasions. The owner Josh and their sales guy Dane have always been helpful. They give great advice and will usually give me a great deal when I put a big order together.

Love being harassed and threatened by people advertising a business. Derek thinks he is better than everyone, and made a fool out of himself. Terrible attitude and bad business. Take your business anywhere but this company.

If I could do zero stars I would! Worst customer service EVER! Bought a part for my son for Christmas and he totaled his car. Emailed customer service for refund and they told me they don’t usually refund for these parts but to send a picture of the item in order to get a refund. Sent them several pictures of the item unwrapped and in its original packaging and let them know my credit card was compromised (which happened MINUTES AFTER I ORDERED FROM THIS COMPANY MIND YOU) and that a refund wouldn’t be possible to my original form of payment. They said they would speak to their manager about refunding another way and would let me know. A few days pass and nothing….so I email them and get a response saying sorry, manager said we can’t refund. After they told me all I had to do was send proof that it had not been used which I did. Worst experience ever!!!

I ordered wheels and some center caps from them and they shipped quickly with reasonable pricing. In my experience this was one of the only car parts websites that showed accurate counts of what was in stock and on hand, ready to ship. Everywhere else I tried ordering from ended up being backordered.

worst customer service ever bought a ap mount and did not fit right so i want to return it but no can't return because i install it but how could i know if it fit or not until i install it and that the they said oh is you car. i have pictures and videos to poof is not the car is the mount .so don't buy again think from this company can't return defective item sound like something illegal is going on

I ordered an infotainment head unit for my 2016 WRX cuz the one I have has a cracked screen. I installed the new head unit just to find out the touch screen doesn’t even turn on. I put my old head unit back in to see if it might be a blown fuse but it turned on no problem. So pissed cuz this item can’t be returned and I am
now out $300 on a defective item. So pissed

Three orders, three great products, and better pricing equals excellent value. A great alternative to Subispeed. Better pricing and top notch products. Even better customer service.
