Ordered the item back on 3-14 and haven't gotten any update. I have Emailed twice and get no response what so ever. Got a request to review them 3 days after the purchase? Item hasn't even been sent? Again 3 weeks out I emailed them and have had no response. Now we are at over a month and still crickets. Save your time and buy else where.

I ordered an actuator for my turbo and it was a perfect fit and fixed the problem. Once I ordered the actuator it was delivered very fast and came with instructions that were easy to follow and spot on.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! I bought a waste gate actuator for my turbulence and when the part arrived, it didnt fit. It was the right part but it had been assembled all wonky and then welded so we couldn't fix it. Then I sent it back and never received a refund. Now im out $70 plus what i spent to ship it back.

I went to Turbo charger pros. Played hell just creating an account. Their app sucks. Put in my vehicle information on what I had and The for a turbo charger for a 2017 CRV 1.5 L. Picture popped up and I ordered the part with extended warranty. Product arrived and there’s nothing like the picture I was looking at. Contacted customer service who told me that is for a SAAB, not a Honda CRV. I would feel different if they had told me I ordered it for the wrong Honda but a sob? Then told me it was $15 charge for a return label to send back and obviously incorrect Turbo charger that their website listed. Unbelievable. i’m not the kind of guy that doesn’t except responsibility for something I’ve done wrong, but I clearly did not order a Saab Turbo charger for my Honda CRV. Not to mention the fact that the site requests that you put all the information in about the vehicle you’re buying it for. I’ve never owned a Saab in my life. Yeah, that lesson cost me $15 but I know not to buy from these people again.

SCUMBAGS DONT USE AVOID. Brought a turbo through eBay, followed their instructions on pre lube. Noticed oil leaking from new turbo after two weeks of driving.
Sent back for warranty and they "stripped it down and said it was due to lack of oil the new turbo failed... Warranty not covered...
Well of course it had lack of oil because it was leaking out of one of the sensors....
$1200 down the drain . THEY MIGHT LISTEN NOW. I'll take to social media instead.

Absolute Nightmare: On 07/08/2025 I ordered a Kit: Stigan Premium Left and Right Turbo Kit 842-0159 with Installation accessory Kit. The intial order went fine, shipped quickly, and I received on 07/10/25. The boxes looked good. I had to wait on the new oil feed lines and filters so that the warranty would be intact, so I didn't get to install until 07/15/25. Passenger side (Right) went well. The Stigan Turbo's appear to be great quality and fit perfectly. And that's where the positive part ends.

Upon opening the box for the Driver's side (Left), I found a second RIGHT side Turbo in the box labeled LEFT. Someone had returned it in the wrong box or something, and it was not corrected before they shipped it out again. On 07/16/25 I called customer service to initiate an exchange. I was told, "I'm sorry, but our system is currently undergoing maintenance and we are unable to look up any account information at this time, please try again in 24-48 hours."

This continued daily. Eventually, the ordering system came back online - so I reached out to customer service and was told that the ordering system is running again, but the back end is still down. I was assured that I can order the correct part (THIS IS A WORK TRUCK - I NEED IT BACK) and then once the system is back up they will refund the incorrect part upon return.

I ordered the LEFT SIDE PREMIUM TURBO 847-1494 to match the RIGHT SIDE PREMIUM TURBO 847-1495. I recieved no order confirmation, just an email from Meridian Rack and Pinion with a UPS Tracking Code showing an expected delivery of 07/25/25. I was so happy!

On 07/25/25, I watched as my tracking number was marked as delivered to an address in THE WRONG STATE. Customer service says "There's nothing we can do at this time". Now I am $1,700 into this and still unable to get my pickup running.

FINALLY - on 07/27/25 I received a UPS notification that I have a package expected for delivery on 07/28/25 - this is NOT from the shipper, this is because I am signed up via UPS to be notified of expected deliveries. The sender had apparently given me the WRONG Tracking information. I WAS SO EXCITED.

On 07/28/25, I received the package and eagerly opened it up to get started. IT'S THE WRONG PART AGAIN. THey send me a HIGH PERFORMANCE Turbo for the left side that DOES NOT MATCH The right side that is already done, and that I DID NOT ORDER.

Customer Service Response : "We're sorry, our system is currently undergoing maintenance"

They are USELESS and clearly cannot function. My question is WHY are you taking new orders if you can't even look up order information? This is ILLEGAL activity - total scam. DO NOT BUY from this place. TURBOCHARGERPROS.COM and BUYAUTOPARTS.COM are the same company - they are both impacted by this outage, and they utilize the exact same customer service that is outsourced and useless. STAY AWAY. I'm fighting these charges and buying elsewhere so I can get my pickup back, I'll return all items when they finally allow returns.

Support promised a refund, yet the charge remained for weeks, forcing me to involve my bank. Three weeks later, they shipped the “unavailable” part anyway. I refused delivery, documented the return with a timestamped photo, and alerted them.

Two months later, no refund has been issued. Customer service ignores proof of refusal, falsely blaming “processing delays.” Online forums reveal this is a pattern: they take payments for phantom inventory, stall refunds, then force returns to avoid accountability.

This company operates on stolen float time – using customers’ money interest-free while burdening them with disputes. Avoid unless you enjoy funding their operations and doing their accounting. FTC complaint filed

Shipping was fast and the turbocharger is working perfectly. I will definitely buy from them again. This was for a 2018 BMW 530i xdrive.

Finally after searching high and low for a replacement turbo for our stock 2012 Buick Regal GS I came across turbocharger pros. The site is easy to navigate and all options for your application are clear no guesswork. I haven’t installed the new turbo yet but don’t foresee any issues as any other parts or pieces are shown recommended and available. Not only was the purchasing process easy but very reasonable pricing tops it off. They also have options listed when it comes to paying for what you need. Thats always nice if someone May not have the funds ,so you’re still able to get what you need and pay later. I have already recommended turbocharger pros to others and will continue to do so. Thanks to all involved with the company.

Bought 2 gasket packages, and they sent me different packages missing I would like to give them no stars for their attitude and bad customer service.

The turbo I ordered had off-centered holes machines. By the time my mechanic was able to get to replacing the turbo on my vehicle, the 2 week return policy was over. Customer service refused to allow my return for a refund. They said even if the 2 weeks was up, the part has already been "installed". I argued that if it won't bolt on, it isn't installed. She kept telling me I was wrong, and that their "definition" of installed is different than mine.

Website provided ACCURATE fitment for the turbo we needed. Name brand turbo. Not made in China. FAST SHIPPING !! Offers an upgraded 5 year warranty w/unlimited mileage for a reasonable fee!! Really pleased with performance of the turbo thus far. Running as good as the OEM. Great price too.

I was given a quote from a dealership of $2000 for a new turbocharger for my Honda CRV 2017. Luckily, the auto repair shop assistant insisted on searching for a better price. She found it on Turbocharger Pros. It arrived in 4 days (I live in rural WI) and my car is working great. The part was $780 and came with a warranty. Very pleased!

These guys were awesome. I struggled to find a turbo for a 2017 ford f150 3.5L. I messaged these guys, they sent me a response in a hour and a turbo that fit perfectly with all the hardware included. So far no issues with the turbo, shipping was fast in 3 days. Highly recommend.

I am very happy with Turbocharger Pros. We finally got our Land Rover back up and running. And boy it's fast. It's even faster from when we bought it from the Dealership. Turbo came in quick it was expensive but what turbo isn't but honestly it was a good price. I'll follow up on my review if needed in the future. But for real so glad my father in law showed us this website. You can trust Turbocharger plus!!!!
