Called them to pay back whole loan early. They said they'd send the contract - It's been a couple weeks since then and nothing so far. So, I went to the website to request a contract - still nothing, weeks later.

This service sucks. They just want to milk you.

This is hands down the worst financial institution I’ve ever dealt with.

Miss one payment — even if it’s due to your employer’s delay or issue, and they immediately threaten you with debt collection. There is zero flexibility, zero understanding, and absolutely no willingness to communicate like a modern company.

Their payment system is from the 1800s. You can’t pay via email, card, or a standard invoice. Instead, you’re forced to log into their clunky, ancient online portal, which looks like it was built two decades ago. There’s no real-time loan balance update – it only changes when an employee manually adjusts it, meaning you’re left in the dark about your actual status.

Trying to be transparent or proactive doesn’t help. I informed them about my situation ahead of time, yet they continued to call and harass me, despite having everything explained. No empathy. No human side. Just cold, aggressive behavior.

To make it worse, they treat you worse than banks who offer mortgages, and even worse than fast loan companies. This is not how a client should be treated in 2025.

If you value your peace of mind, your mental health, or even basic clarity, please take your loan elsewhere. This company is an embarrassment in the financial world.

Can’t really tell if their system is so buggy or they’re simply a scam. I ordered a pair of shoes and selected Inbank’s BNPL solution at the checkout. The shoes didn’t fit so I sent them back, and a couple of days later got a confirmation from the merchant that all is good.
Two weeks later Inbank sent me a message about the upcoming due date for that same order I returned and forgot about. I immediately sent them the confirmation from the merchant only to get a dry and unhelpful reply that they see the order open in their system.
One week, three confirmations, and multiple emails later their support is like a broken record saying that they see whatever they see in their system. Nobody bothered to check any of the proofs I’ve sent them and it’s only recently that one of them said they got in touch with the merchant.
I get that sometimes there’s a bug in the system that you can’t fix instantly by yourself but it’s how you deal the situation is what turns an anxious and unhappy customer into one that trusts everything’s going to be fine. Well, Inbank’s support clearly has a lot to learn.
