Inca Soul did an amazing job with helping us with our visit to Machu Piccu. Our guide, Paul, was knowledgeable, helpful, and was able to make changes to our itinerary as necessary. Fredy did a great job of communicating and keeping us aware of all the logistics.

Before I begin; notice that the only two reviews that are not 5 stars have no information about the experience at all, and have not responded to Inca Soul's replies. That's because they are not true reviews of Inca Soul experiences.
If you’re reading this, you’re likely in the planning stage of a major trip. DO NOT do these experiences with a plug-and-play, copy and paste tour company where you’re just another name on a spreadsheet. You deserve better.
Inca Soul makes each of their adventures into a genuinely handcrafted experience. I did the 2-day Short Inca Trail to Machu Picchu with them (off a recommendation), and it was truly unforgettable. I was lucky enough to have Freddy, the owner, as my guide, and it ended up being a private tour.
Freddy gave me so much insight into the history and culture (I asked a lot of questions), and it was real, deep knowledge. Not just surface level script reading. We even had time for local cultural moments and places most tourists don’t get to see.
Freddy also shared his story and how Inca Soul is built differently: all their guides are heavily vetted, they pay their staff fairly (not as common here as it should be), and they use only high-quality gear.
Everything about the process was transparent. The pricing, the planning, and the expectations. They answered every question, not just during the trip, but well before I even got to Peru. You can tell they actually care about your experience.

I booked the trip to Peru month ago and of course with the intention of going to Machupicchu little did we know it was sold out for 2 months and even though I would purchase tickets on line I would keep getting my money back from different companies. Inca Soul with Fredy was the only 1 that actually called me back out of 4 different companies that helped us and met up with us to get an actual ticket for the next day. He walked us from A to Z on what we had to do and what the experience would be. His guide Kelvin was amazing more knowledge than I expected and the pictures he took of us are for lifetime experience worth every $ and more. Thank You so much

Our experience with Inca Soul and the tour guide for our trip to Machu Picchu was fantastic. Inca Soul messaged me right away after I reached out to inquire about a tour, and we had an in depth phone conversation where all my questions were answered clearly. They helped with every part of the logistics such as booking bus tickets, looking at train schedules, explaining the hikes, and making sure everything was organized smoothly.

Valerio, our tour guide, met us at our hotel with our bus tickets to Machu Picchu, which was super convenient. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He made the tour fun and informative, and we really enjoyed spending the day with him. Machu Picchu was stunning, and thanks to Valerio and Inca Soul, the whole trip was perfect. Highly recommend!

We can’t rate Inca Soul highly enough.
Not only did Freddy and his colleagues (thanks, Guido, César, Elvis et al) organise two great rips for us – in Machu Picchu and Lake Titicaca – but they helped with various other aspects of our stay in Cusco. (Including find me a terrific dentist!)
Freddy and his carefully selected team of guides are genuine experts on Inca history and culture, and on Perú in general. Freddy was always available, always helpful and wise. By the end of our stay he was a real friend, great company to share time with.
If you’re in Cusco I’d strongly advise getting in touch with Inca Soul. A small, new, company set up and run by Freddy and his family. They’ll make your stay easy, comfortable, hugely informative and fun.

My son and I spent two days with Inca Soul that were nothing short of amazing. The care they took to ensure all traveler friendly details and info were in place was greatly appreciated! Our guides ( Fredy and Noe) were so knowledgable and we felt like we made lifelong friends in both of them. Seeing these sacred stunning sites for a once in a lifetime trip with a guide is a must! Choose Inca Soul and you will not be disappointed!

Freddy organized three different and unique tour for us. Everyone we met from Inca Soul was early, caring, friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them and consider them all friends. I would use Inca Soul again if I came back to the area.

We just wrapped up an unforgettable two-day hike on the Inca Trail for our honeymoon, and we couldn’t be happier! Our guide, Elistan, made the whole experience truly special. From the very beginning, he tailored hike to fit our pace and interests. We soaked in every breathtaking view along the way.

Elistan’s passion for the history of the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu was amazing! He showed us some stunning landscapes and hidden gems that you wouldn’t find taking the bus up. Plus, he was always ready with a fun story. Every question we had he were able to answer which was impressive.

We loved how flexible the itinerary was, it felt like we were exploring with a friend who genuinely cared about our experience. The first view of Machu Picchu was magical, and Elistan made sure we had the perfect spot to take it all in - he also knew how to take the best photos. We would 100 percent recommend the two day hike to anyone!!

Inca Soul provided an amazing 2 day experience for Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu. The tour guides Fredy and Roy were knowledgeable about history and answered any questions we had, and were very friendly too. Fredy also personally made sure that the whole itinerary went smoothly, checking in with me to make sure that we got an experience catered exactly to our liking. I also greatly enjoyed his food recommendations for lunch. Overall, it was an unbelievable experience and I would highly recommend Inca Soul for their private tours.

Freddy and Roy, were amazing guides and administered the tour flawlessly.

For starters, Both shared great command of the English language which made the tour administration and experience seamless.

During the tour, they demonstrated a sound depth of knowledge and domain competency; were relentless in answering our queries and tailored the visit times at each stop based on our interest levels. To that effect, we had superb meals too (we tried local cuy and hen- which were mind blowing). The tour at Machu Picchu was so enriching, everything was so well taken care of and well curated that we could truly enjoy the breathtaking richness of history.

Honestly, the experience was splendid and deeply personal- would recommend to anyone considering a trip to Peru.

To visit Machu Picchu has always been a dream for myself and my wife, and the reality was even better than we had imagined! The fact that we managed to get tickets for the 2 routes we wanted was due in large part to the amazing Fredy Lonconi of Inca Soul Peru Tour Experiences, who was able to secure tickets even though I had left the booking quite late. I can't speak highly enough, either, of our guide, Elistan, who is absolutely passionate and knowledgeable on Machu Picchu. Elistan also gave us lots of insights on Peruvian flora and fauna, and on many other subjects too. He even took us bird watching one afternoon! I would highly recommend Fredy and Elistan to any other travellers thinking of visiting Machu Picchu and Peru.

The good people at Inca Soul made our recent visit to Peru absolutely unforgettable. We worked with Fredy Lonconi, founder of the company, to organize two days of visits to sites in the Sacred Valley; a hike into Macchu Picchu; and a hike to Rainbow Mountain. Our objective was not just to see the marvelous sights, but also to learn as much as we could about the Inca world. We could not be more pleased with Fredy and his team. From the very beginning, before we even arrived in Peru, and throughout our visit, Fredy communicated with us clearly and often, laying everything out for us. Fredy and his team handled all transport logistics and did so with high professionalism. All transportation arrangements worked perfectly. Fredy accompanied us as our guide on the two days of Sacred Valley visits as well as the hike to Rainbow Mountain, imparting to us his vast knowledge at every turn. He is a walking encyclopedia of Inca history and culture and he made every activity a learning experience, which is exactly what we were looking for. Fredy's colleague Elistan Paucar accompanied us as our guide on our full-day hike into Macchu Picchu, as well as a second visit to the site at dawn the following day. Like Fredy, Elistan has a vast reserve of knowledge of the Inca world, which he shared with us freely and enthusiastically. Fredy, Elistan and the rest of the Inca Soul team were spot-on at every turn. They are serious professionals. Beyond their professionalism as guides and their exceptional knowledge of the Inca world, Fredy and Elistan are also really good guys. I give Fredy, Elistan and the entire Inca Soul team my very highest recommendation. It was an absolute pleasure to be with them and they exceeded our expectations in every way.

When you travel to someone else country and see someone else’s culture who would you want to show you the way and guide you along your journey? Guido Chavez was just that person for me and Inca Soul is just that company. Guido not only made sure we had everything we needed to make our trip comfortable and memorable but also took time and went in great detail about the history of the Incan people and the many wonders his ancestors possessed and produced. I was so grateful to have been able to ask him any questions along the way and in a way be taken back in time as we walked along the many ruins and great Incan cities of old. Guido kept us on schedule everyday to make sure we got the most for our money and not miss our train back to Cusco. At the end of our journey, I came away with a very fond appreciation for the Incan people, respect for the earth they call home and a new lasting friendship with our guide Guido. A very special trip that I will think back on often and smile. Thank you for everything my friend.

We had the most amazing tour to rainbow mountain Cuzco. Freddy was so responsive in answering all my questions well before the tour and made sure that everything was well organised before we departed. We decided to go for the tour quite last minute because of our age and concerns about the Altitude sickness. I wanted to arrive in Cuzco and see how we felt first. Freddy still managed to have everything organised for us including the ATVs. It was a blessing and the best decision we made to go with ATVs, Not only it was so fun but it only required very little walking up to the top.

On the day of the tour, we had Elistan from Inca Souls as our tour guide, a Driver and another tour guide who was in charge of the logistics. The team was wonderful and looked after us very well. We also had nice weather and saw really beautiful landscapes of the Andeans and colourful rainbow mountain. The ATV ride was so fun and the team made sure we were safe as well.

We had such an amazing time and really thank Freddy, Elistan and the crew to make this a highlight of our 4 weeks South American tour.

Freddy was referred to us through my friend who went on tour with Inca Souls. The company certainly lived up to the expectations and more. If you are looking for a tour operator that genuinely cares and will do whatever it takes to make the trip memorable, then I highly recommend you to go them a go.

Choosing Fredy and Inca Soul was the best decision we made when we started planning our family trip to Peru. Initially overwhelmed by the tour options I was finding during my research, I was relieved when I came across Inca Soul. Fredy and his team worked closely with me to customize a multi-day trip to the Sacred Valley, accommodating a range of interests and dietary needs. All the communication prior to the trip was prompt and clear.

When we arrived in Cuzco, we were met at the airport by Fredy and Wilson and immediately drove to our first destination in a modern, comfortable van. Over the several days we were there, Fredy made sure that we were comfortable and well-taken care of.

When we had a medical issue arise (nothing to do with Inca Soul at all), Fredy and his team showed their true value. They made sure that we got the services we needed and then checked in on us multiple times.

As a result of Fredy and his attention to detail, we always felt safe and valued. I know that there are hundreds of options for people looking for tour guides in the Sacred Valley, but I can't imagine a team more professional, thorough, and accommodating.

I would like to recommend Fredy as a tour guide. Our family of 7 (2 adults, 2 teens and 3 young adults) went to Peru and hired Fredy to give us a tour of Machu Picchu. He was so professional and kind. He went the extra mile to help us with our tickets. He is so talented at taking photos with an iPhone! He took so many photos for us and it is wonderful to have so many memories of Machu Picchu from our photos. He was prompt and on time to meet us at our hotel, he is a good communicator and was very knowledgeable on the tour. We would highly recommend him to everyone.

Fredy, Guido, and Valerio are amazing guides who helped us navigate the city, recommended restaurants, and supported us during our hike of the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu and the Rainbow Mountain. Traveling to Peru with Inca Soul was amazing. My guides were Fredy, Guido, and Valerio. They were all so knowledgeable and helpful. Especially on the 2 day trek to Machu Picchu and the hike to the Rainbow Mountain, I don't know if I would have made either hike without the helpful guides. They come prepared to help you with anything and are ready to make your stay amazing. The best part, for me, was not having to worry about hotels, tickets, or transportation, Inca Soul takes care of everything.

Freddy has been amazing from day dot customising our tour and fitting it in according to our schedule. Everything was spot on and the guides we had were absolutely amazing too. They were very knowledgeable, patient, did not rush us so we had maximum experience and get to enjoy each place, English was excellent, and all the suggestions of what to do around town was on point! Freddy also assisted us in finding the perfect accommodation (one booked through elsewhere and did not meet our standards) on short notice with excellent deal and was happy to transfer us to our new place at no extra charge. Everything was very well thought out with timing to get to places, right down to every little details of the tour. It did not disappoint. Freddy went above and beyond.
