Incredible Rugs レビュー

Excellent rug quality, online service, pricing, and delivery.

Incredible service from Incredible Rugs. Ordered one and it just wasn't a good fit for our space. Robert and Steve were timely, understanding and consummate professionals. I would shop here again in a second. Thank you

We receive our rug today and it was exactly as we hoped it would be. Thank you for the excellent service and for offering such a great variety of rug options.

Still waiting for the rug to be delivered

This is my fifth Karastan rug purchased from Incredible Rugs. I couldn’t be happier with the rugs, the service and delivery. This company gets things done efficiently and with great customer service. The prices are lower than competitors and with free shipping too! I recommend them to my friends without reservation. Three of my friends have purchased rugs with excellent results. Well done Incredible Rugs!

I love my new rug from Incredible Rugs! Service and shipping were prompt, rug arrived in great condition, its colors are vivid and quality better than expected for the strangely low price I got with a promotional discount for subscribing to emails. This experience has caused me to start looking for more places to put an Incredible Rug.

Love the ability to see (virtually) rugs in my own home. Great selection.

Very fast shipping and great quality rug.

Fast shipping. Lovely area carpet!

Seamless online shopping! High quality rugs, great price and excellent customer service and delivery. Very pleased with Incredible Rugs and would recommend. I will come back for future orders.

I would recommend this company to everyone who asks me about my rug! They kept me updated every step of the way. Just one simple complaint...I never received the free rug pad. Not sure why but it would have been nice since it was advertised that way. I will be ordering from this company again soon but I will make sure to ask about how to receive the free rug pad.
Thank you

Wow. This rug is plush and high quality and as displayed and described on the site. It arrived on time as expected and communications were very good. Thanks!

The prices and rugs were a great value. I found the exact same runner (2'x6') along with a matching entry rug (2'x3') for LESS than the sales price at Macy's for just the runner. The rugs were delivered in just a few days with no shipping charges, as well as follow-up emails from Incredible Rugs inquiring as to my satisfaction. So the bottom line was great value and service!

The rug and pad I purchased were exactly as described on the company website and they were delivered in a timely manner. The best thing about this company was the communication. I received frequent emails telling me how my order was being processed and offering to answer any questions I might have. I never needed to contact them about a problem, but I felt secure knowing that was an option if I needed it.

Great prices. Responsive to my questions. Love the rug and pad I bought.

Great customer service and the best price on the rug I have been wanting. It also came early. I will definitely do business here again!

Customer service was outstanding. Unfortunately, the color of the rug was not a good fit for our home. So a return will have to happen. Nevertheless, I will use Incredible Rugs again to further support my search for the right runners for my kitchen!

I really like the rug I ordered. My only complaint I would like there to be another blue leaf I wanted more pop color since it is more of a beige brown rug the blue is very pretty I wish mine had one or even two more leafs of blue like the pictures show. Nice thick quality rug.

Excellent prices, customer service and selection. We love our new rug!

My contact was knowledgeable and friendly. He helped me get my order placed and shipped.
