One chair of the pair damaged

Hello. I finally received these chairs that were on back order but when I opened the box, I immediately realized they get one of the two chairs was damaged. The seat cushion has a cut/slice (looks like it was maybe from a blade).

Please advise how to proceed. I am not sure if you need a photo and/or if I return both or just the damaged one. I am not requesting a refund but would just like to exchange the damaged one. Please advise.

frustrated to say the least...

I ordered a beautiful table and chairs on April 20 and have had no updates or communication back from English Elm. However, the 2 additional chairs I ordered I received communication on that they were sold out and on back order. It's super frustrating to spend a large amount of money to be left in the dark and have no clue where your item is or if you were scammed!

What a nightmare

I I ordered an office chair and only after placing the order realized there was no shipping date provided. I checked the website and the item did not appear to be out of stock, so I reached out to customer service to request an estimated delivery timeline.

Rather than providing a clear ETA or helpful updates, my questions were not directly answered. After a few back-and-forth emails, I later discovered that my order had been canceled without any clear explanation.

Overall, the communication was unhelpful and unprofessional, and the experience was frustrating. I would not recommend ordering furniture from this company, as availability and fulfillment do not seem reliable.

One of the tables is damaged would like to be able to talked to someone, a human not a computer or AI
It is May 26,2026,paid shipping insurance, and still waiting for a replacement, not a repair job on a new end table,bought new ,want new, not repaired new, ordered on April 19, it's May 26, I will update and let everyone know how it goes,pissed off customer

The company took longer than expected


The company took longer than expected to ship my chair. When I finally got it I hated it!! My chair is so small!! It looks like it was designed for a child!! I’ll never order from them again!! $1600 is a lot to pay for a small chair and I want to ship it back!

The Lamps are as described, the service, not so much!

The lamps are gorgeous. The shipping time frame and lack of communication are ridiculously slow!

Gorgeous Lamps, Great Price, Quick Ship, Excellent Customer Service

The lamps are fantastic -- gorgeous and the best price around, too! They arrived quickly and extremely well packed.
I panicked after ordering and changed my mind on the color. One brief email to EE customer service and all was handled with absolute ease.
One of the best shopping experiences I've had in a long time!

Never had the product to fulfill the order

This company took my order but never had the item in stock or even stock coming in the near future. There is nothing worse than going through the process of placing an order when there was never any chance the company could actually fulfill the order.

Beautiful quality and service!

I have been trying to get this pillow for my son as a gift. I finally found it in stock on their website. After ordering I received an email saying it was temporarily unavailable but they would send it as soon as it was back in stock. I told them that there was no rush as I wanted it for Christmas. I received it about 3 weeks after ordering. It’s beautiful!
