Indian Passport Reidsue
I was having trouble renewing my Indian passport. Indian High Commission turned down my application as it was on the wrong form. I was really stuck but my husband found the Indian Law Services and they did the application for me. Sonia Verma was very helpful.

Bad service
Does not reply to emails,very abrupt when tracked down. Works well with Indian Embassy ? Would not recommend to anyone who needs help aplying for OCI or anything else for that matter. M.Brown.

I disagree with your feedback.
You had initially contacted us through our website by email regarding an oci matter on the evening of 12/08/2022. A response to your query was provided on the same evening asking you to contact me via phone so that we could discuss your query further.
You therefore contacted me by phone and you confirmed you was after an oci for your wife.
Since it is our duty to check if the client is eligible for an oci in accordance with the Indian governments rules, I had therefore asked various questions to check her eligibility before I could offer an application service in this matter.
I had confirmed to you on the phone that your wife doesn’t meet the mandatory requirements for an oci and therefore we could not do the application for her as we know it would fail when it gets submitted to the Indian embassy.
However you still wanted to know if there is any other way, I explained she would need to get special permission from the Indian high commission if you still wanted to try for an oci.
You agreed you wanted to try.
I therefore asked for the relevant Indian related documents so that we could start special permission process.
I had explained an administrative fee is applicable for such service and clarified that it doesn’t guarantee permission will be granted from the Indian high commission for an oci, but you could try, you were happy to start this process.
On the 12/10/2022, you then emailed me some various documents, I then emailed you back on the same day to ask for some time to assess the documents and that I would contact you after a weeks time.
We then had a telephone conversation a week later whereby I explained the documents are not clear and that they are not readable and I asked for clear scans to be resent. You offered to post, but I explained that we are a virtual service and can only accept documents by email or WhatsApp pictures.
You then resent me some more scans by email on the 6/01/2023, again not readable.
On the 11/01/2023, I again reiterated that your wife is not eligible for oci and that special permission is required.
You then demanded a postcode to send documents, again I had already informed you from the onset that we are a virtual service therefore sending my personal postcode is not possible.
For the record, I have NOT taken any administrative fees from you, even though I have spent extensive administrative time looking through your documents and having various telephone conversations with you.
Therefore your feedback on my trust pilot is greatly disingenuous,
“does not reply to emails.”
This is false as I have a email trail of our conversation, and you have complied with my emails by following my instructions and sending me your wife’s information.
“ abrupt when tracked down” I would like to know how you have been tracking me down? I can confirm all our telephone and email conversations have been amicable, otherwise I’m sure you wouldn’t agree to send your wife’s personal information to me by email or have any further conversation by phone if that was the case. Again a false statement.
Your further comment “works well with embassy,? I would not recommend to anyone” To reiterate, as per our telephone conversation, we don’t work for or with the embassy, we are a private business offering application assistance for passport, oci’s and visas. We have 100’s of positive reviews to support our service and have many repeat business as a result.
Furthermore, your attacks didn’t stop on trust pilot, you also thought it was acceptable to send me further threats and allegations of racism via email. This is totally unacceptable!
I will make clear, we do not tolerate any verbal attacks, slander or defamation of our company, and we will take lawful actions should you persist

Professional Service to renew passport.
Sonia is very professional and up to task while dealing with my passport renewal. Once Indian law service prepared my document all I need is to visit VFS to submit. I have seen people running around with incomplete form. However for me it took just 5 mins as all documents were very well prepared & no changes required. It took 10 days for my new passport to arrive.
