I've dealt with Indicator for probably about 20 years now and have always been very impressed with the service and periodicals that they provide.

The Tips and Advice newsletter is excellent which I often share with managers.

Having access to the Advisors portal has been a real asset for us as a firm. We have access to a wide range of internal and external templates, tax guidance, and a closed AI tool which is a great starting point for supporting the internal expertise we already have.

Very useful platform with extensive library and easy navigation. The newsletter is great for reminding about various H&S aspects and updates.

Tax Advisor has become an essential part of team, much more than just piece of software, we use it every day multiple times, it saves huge amounts of time

I get a lot of sales calls, and I only take the few that relate to products my company has already. This particular call was great, it made me aware of a product upgrade that addressed a specific problem we had (analysis of financial statements) and which solved it in excess of our expectation. Great product and reasonably priced too.

Excellently demonstrated and once subscribed, immensely useful and time saving

I have recently started using Tax Essentials AI system and have been testing it thoroughly over the past few weeks. It's comforting to know that all responses are based on their own content. As always, have to know what you are asking and be confident that the response is 100% accurate, so doesn't replace knowledge. But big wins to be had in responding to clients with a structured response which otherwise would have taken a while. So far so good.

All of my personal files disappeared following an upgrade by the company. Gemma was extremely helpful in trying to recover my files and eventually succeeded although it took her IT department rather longer to resolve than originally anticipated.
