Thank you for your review. We’re glad you found the buying process easy and that our in-store team and delivery drivers provided a great service.

We’d like to clarify a few points. The price of the sofa, like all our furniture, was clearly displayed as the product-only price, with delivery and assembly being an optional extra. This was explained at the point of sale, and we also made it clear that you were more than welcome to collect the sofa yourself, completely free of charge.

The sofa you purchased was already discounted by 30%, making it an incredible deal. On top of that, our delivery and assembly service is just £55—significantly less than what larger furniture chains charge. For example, DFS (£129), Sofology (£119), ScS (£119), and Furniture Village (£109) all charge far more. As a small, family-run business, we simply cannot absorb these costs, as they cover the van, insurance, fuel, and fair wages for our hardworking delivery team.

We put in a huge amount of effort to provide excellent service, which is reflected in our countless 5-star reviews. It’s disheartening to see a 4-star review, especially when we did everything we could to be transparent and fair. We truly appreciate your support, but every single star matters to a small business like ours.
