Found this new place whilst looking for a slim lantern for my hall, the ones I liked were Nkuku, but they had exactly the same from kayu home and with a first purchase discount and also a Nkuku discount that kayu offered made it so much cheaper, I’m delighted with my order, lots of updates on order progress and delivery and arrived very well packed and perfect. Will definitely purchase from here again.

Despite being a fragile item, my order arrived in perfect condition thanks to the meticulous packaging. I was also kept updated via email & I received my order promptly.

I was looking for some long out of stock nkuku items. Not only did Kayu homes have what I wanted in stock, at a cheaper price but they also were very quickly and efficiently dispatched.

I ordered the seagrass baskets in the large and tall sizes, they are extremely well made, look absolutely stunning and are very reasonably priced. They arrived very quickly and I was kept up to date from ordering to receipt.

Wonderful selection of quality products at reasonable prices. I was able to find a discontinued Nkuku pothos lantern here after looking everywhere for one! Product was in perfect condition and delivery was incredibly fast.

This has to be the best furniture purchase I have ever made. The sideboard is truly beautiful and is a perfect addition to my living room. I was drawn to it from when I first viewed it online, and once it arrived it surpassed my expectations. I was very impressed with James regarding how he kept me informed of the progress of my order.

Nice quality lampshades

The items received were well packed(important as they are fragile!) and were delivered quickly. Unfortunately one of the items was the incorrect colour- not this company’s fault but their supplier who had labelled the goods incorrectly. Kayu arranged for a replacement direct from the suppliers themselves which was dealt with promptly. I must commend this company on their exceptional customer service and would not hesitate to buy from them again.

Very helpful staff. Just a small problem with the availability of a certain lampshade. Called to see if it was in stock which I was told it was (before making payment) turns out the one showing in stock was a replacement for another customer. Obviously a lack of communication between staff, refunded so no further issues.

Fantastic company. I ordered two Namuna, Nkuku Wooden trays to use as tops for two round tables. On arrival one of the trays was slightly damaged, however I contacted Kayu straightaway and they replaced the damaged tray and dealt with my issue professionally and promptly. I will definitely buy from this company again! Thank you Brian and Pippa x
