Garbage charger
One of the most problematic charger ever anyone could have.
I bought this through Radius charger which not much short of a reputable company but interms of scammed.
Both Indra and radius charge customer service is garbage. Had the charger for a year and 5 times it broke down.
Now no one wants to know
Avoid this like plague.

My Chademo connector was stuck in the charging port after being connected for 9 months (V2H). Alice offered some advice that didnât work but then shipped a small tool that arrived next day and released the connector.
Very quick and efficient solution.

Locked charger as away for a few days
Locked charger as away for a few days. When came back went to charge car but could not unlock it. Contacted Customer support who made a couple of suggestions. Basically switch it off and on again which do not work. Escalated to technical dept. Who fixed problem remotely within 24 hours. Very friendly and helpful Staff who made subsequent follow up call to check everything working.

However after contacting Indra they were very quick to respond and fix the underlying issue.

A positive response to the isssues I had when the charger went offline. Such an occurence is very annoying, but to be fair to the person who handled my case it was very professionally done.

Very poor support.
Although our charger has been on the wall for around two years weâve only recently started using it, this whole experience however has been extremely poor, the charger constantly goes offline, doesnât charge when it should and now despite various sets of instructions from Indra Support to reset the unit, they are now blaming the issue on too much electricity.
The support itself is very intermittent and as somebody has previously quoted on another review, doesnât exist on a weekend.
Three of my very near neighbours are using chargers supplied by other companies and not one of them is encountering any issues whatsoever, yet alone one of too much electricity.
My latest attempt after yet another offline experience has blue and RED flashing lights, not the blue and orange they suggest, Iâm no engineer but RED sounds like a problem to me.
I feel like the Support team are not supportive at all and simply looking for excuses not to properly assist, would I recommend an Indra wall charger, absolutely not, in fact I would strongly advise you look elsewhere.

Whilst I was on hold for over an hour on the phone getting through, the problem was very quickly resolved by Amanda....... thank you Amanda! You were able to resolve a problem in 10 minutes, that Ovo couldn't in almost an hour!

Charger has failed yet again
Charger has failed yet again. Have lost complete confidence in the smart pro charger as itâs let me down too many times. Has failed around 7 times in 2 years and every time goes off line. 3 weeks ago failed again on the Friday of August bank holiday and could not get hold of anyone. Has failed again since then. Customer service is not great. Their phone systems takes you through the 5 options, choose customer service option 2 and then phone hangs up. I have since found out this happens when 15+ calls are in the queue. So, very hard to get support during normal working hours. I Have now been waiting two weeks for an engineer visit date and still nothing. Phoned up asking and when eventually got to speak with someone, I was told they didnât know a date for a visit and I would just have to wait. ðð Itâs not that the staff are unpleasant or rude because they do try, however I get the impression they are just overwhelmed and understaffed. Overall experience I would rate as poor.

Our smart charger had becomeâŠ
Our smart charger had become unreliable, with frequent occurrences of the device going offline. We need the charger to be online to be able to get the best rate for our charging from the electricity supplier.
Alice followed up to find out what type of connection we had to the Internet and then got our connection reset. Since then the charger has been online continuously, and with luck that situation will persist.
