Helpful and patiently helped me to restore the Indra app after I accidentally uninstalled it from my mobile. My technical knowledge is very limited, and the help I needed was there when I needed it, Thank you Alice.

Brilliant I spoke to Jack at Indra very helpful and friendly and whilst I could get exactly what I was after Jack provided out of the box thinking to solve my problem/dilemma, I imagine a permanent solution would be come available in the future hopefully not that far into the future.
As I mentioned to Jack I do feel that Indra could and should support OCPP so that it could be controlled locally if not linked to energy providers smart controls or at least to view charger information which would help if any fault finding is necessary or just having a Home Assistant integration would be helpful and also open you up to a world of other customers.
Thanks again this is one of the reasons I’m investing in a second charger thank you.
Edit: Due to some of the companies used to do installs/service calls I’ve cancelled the order for the second charger as I believe there is a failure in this area from my own experience! So one start deducted

Called customer service team as I had a technical issue and the guy on the phone knew is product as he had a solution and a back up plan if that didn't work. Just brilliant and I wasn't waiting that long to get sorted.

I had changed my WiFi router
I had changed my WiFi router, and my Indra Pro wouldn’t reconnect. The instructions on the Indra app ( help section are wrong). I called customer support….Amanda at Indra was excellent, she sorted out the issue in minutes ( she really knew her stuff 👏🏼). Next step is to update your help section with all the info / steps Amanda gave me over the phone…, 5⭐️s for Amanda.

Waiting for installer and unsure if problem will be resolved.
On 3rd Indra Pro - well still waiting for 3rd installation after months of errors. Who is the installer? So difficult to get through on the phone - e.g 17 in line 😱
28 Nov. Issue still not resolved. Date given by Indra as per the reply below but the date has been put back several weeks. So the issue has still not been resolved even though Indra replied to say it had. I do have a new date so that much is true.
Also Indra keeps saying the issue is with an external company - which I understand- but I can only deal with Indra.

As I was tenth in the queue, I pressed 2 for call back. Jack was extremely helpful and got my EV working again. I was dreading making the call as I am a bit low tech. However, Jack was excellent.

Abysmal Indra Charger servicing
I had a Indra smart Lux charger fitted by Indra on behalf of Scottish power on 10th July 2025. Since its fitting it has lost wi-fi connection constantly (our wi-fi signal is extremely strong here). The charger began to flash purple indicating wi-fi disconnection on September 26th. I went through the process given by Indra without success. I called Indra on 6th October and spoke to Marcella Vega who was very helpful. After confirming that I had exhausted the procedure to re-connect the charger she suggested that I download the installer app. The app solved the issue at the time, and again when it lost connection and flashed purple on 10th and 18th of October. On the 26th of October the Charger once again lost connection and no longer became fixable via the installer app. I rang Indra on 27th October and was told the charger would need a new dongle replacement inside and they would post one out to me asap. Once the dongle was confirmed with me a service engineer would be arranged for fitting. I rang Indra again on the 12th November and spoke with Lucian expressing concern that it had been over two weeks and the dongle had still not arrived. He could not find a record of the dongle being ordered and told me that the service engineers normally had these on board when they arrived anyway. I asked for a service repair date, which he would not tell me and said he would message the 'bookings team' to which I have so far received no response to. I asked why, knowing that the charger was reported faulty on a number of occasions, that booking team was not arranged earlier instead of giving some misinformation regarding a supposed dongle expectation? to which there was no reply. I rang Alice at Indra once again today for a time and date of repair and once again was told they would contact the bookings team. This Indra Pro lux charger is less than 5 months old now, the charger and installation cost over £1200 and has been reported faulty time and time again yet Indra are very reluctant to repair it. The service I have experienced so far is absolutely abysmal. I am now in all seriousness looking to pursue a de-installation of the charger by Indra and a full refund in the hope I can find a more reliable installer.
Just an update - Dongle replacement arrived last week and contacted Indra as instructed for engineer to fit it. Still waiting this week. No date given for this to happen

The charger stop connect to Internet…
The charger stop connect to Internet since late September. Indra assigned plug in station to replace the dongle and found out that the whole unit need to be replaced. Promised to call back for another visit and I got no call from them at all. The customer service hotline just call me to wait without a date. It is so frustrating.

I bought a house with a Indra energy system installed. You can only email them no one can talk to you. They ckearly have made money in tbe original install and make no effort to allow you to use the system once the original owner has terminated their use. Rather use their competitors who are very obliging and helpful.

Well 3 brake downs in just over 1.5…
Well 3 brake downs in just over 1.5 years - 3 separate engineer call out - only one happened on the scheduled day.
Charger purchased to get the benefit of OVO charge anytime rate - did not happen during brake downs - Indra point to the small print and don’t take responsibility for their chargers not working as intended - do your research and homework before purchasing this make of unit - in hindsight I certainly would not.
Customer services is very very busy anytime you call them - says it all ..!!

Regarding a change of utility supplier…
Regarding a change of utility supplier and connection to them from my Indra Smart Pro charger. Telephone call was answered promptly. Checks on my charger were carried out while I waited to confirm it was still on line and, Lucian checked further later the same day that my charger was connected correctly to the new supplier and an email confirming several details came through shortly after. I have had several contacts with Indra support for different reasons over the last year or so and have always been satisfied with the eventual outcome. Thank you Indra support team.

Tried calling a number of times
Tried calling a number of times - each time you are number one in the que - then i get cut off! This is the second charger that needs to be fitted in a month and the fourth in total over two years. I have emailed every day to tell you that the new box has arrived. All i want is a working car charger that does not break, not to much to ask

Had some issues with the app
Had some issues with the app, and phoned customer service. Spoke to a very helpful gentleman who I think was called Tish. He patiently talked me through the way to resolve the problem. At 76 years old technology is not my strong point. However he carefully guided me through the whole process. First class service !!!
