I have added rs 5000 at 2 :10 am and…

I have added rs 5000 at 2 :10 am and the amount successfully got debited from my account through paytm upi and the timing of tranasaction is same in my bank account and paytm, but the amount didn't got added to my indslots id and on contacting ind slots customer service (the coustomer service is actually bot given same responses) they say amount might be stucked somewhere how is it possible when the tranasaction time in my bank account and upi id shows same on transferring the amout to the merchant id of ind slots. Even I gave them video evidence, screenshot and bank statement of the tranasaction still cold response from them, and in morning I requested same to ind slots support team through email and gave them all the proofs the response was same like they did in online chat service, it's pathetic how badly they respond.. I sent them all the evidence even bank statement but to no avail as they are saying ask yiur bank but the amount had been transferred successfully to the merchant account named as Rajeshpackers and movers private limited with UPI :rajeshpackerspvtlimited@rbl and the customer service of ind slots app is saying ask your bank..
As of 29 june the amount has still not been added to my ind slots account as I email them new bank statement but still same.response

@trustpilot please please help me anddont remove my review as I can gave you all.the evidence of this happening..
