The document provided as a result of the search, did not indicate the name that I was searching on. disappointing.

Went online Wednesday 2nd September to purchase a sewer diagram, despite what the website mentions, it did not arrive swiftly. Followed up with an email the next day, a request with their robot online chat - all to nothing. Days later repeated the process, gave up on every receiving the files and got them via another online portal which actually did deliver them within the hour. Finally on Tuesday 8th September a reply arrived from a human - stating that according to them they had a PDF of the diagram. A PDF I never received, and yes I checked junk mail. The most annoying factor of all of this, if they actually had a semi decent customer service that didn't take 5 days to respond, this PDF could of have been found, and forwarded to me, before I gave up on them, and rebought it elsewhere. Save you money, it's a lot cheaper to buy direct via Sydney Water / Tap - bit of a pain with the account setting up. But a lot cheaper, swifter, and if you need customer service, just a 10 minute wait on the phone, not a 5 day wait for an off hand email.

What garbage. You stick an ai out the front and let is guide people into making useless bs transactions it assures will achieve the stated intent. It then cites an inability to rectify it's bs or even so much as log a complaint. All it can do is provide an unmanned email address. This is fundamentally unlawful for starters let alone an unwelcome obstacle and rip off

I paid for something that didn’t exist, that is theft

Wanted to buy the registered dealing (a transfer) from when I purchased my property. Could buy the title search but not the registered dealing. Had to use another provider to order. Can’t fathom a reason for this.

I conducted the searches I needed and never received any emails. When I lodged a complaint, I received a response saying " we note we have send you the emails in questions and again, the attached copies of your searches are attached". I paid for these searches and all I got was an untrue statement. If the emails were sent to me, why not provide the send receipt. Whoever wrote to me knew I never received the emails with my searches. Instead of offering an explanation as to why the emails were never sent to me, I was told emails were sent which is incorrect. This is the business, if one is to be given an untru statement, our use of yor services will ceased and our clients will additionally follow suit.
