Good prices and fast delivery. Had a question about installation which was quickly answered and solved my issues.

Good service all round.

The staff are friendly and really helpful.
Mohamed helped us to calculate the size of heaters needed for our rooms as we chose infrared panels, these can be used on an app on your mobile. He has offered phone assistance if I struggle to connect them as I am not very technical.
Would definitely use in the future and will return if we decide to replace our existing heating with infrared panels.

In this modern enshitification era, these review sites have become a balance of 5's or 1's, with 3's being relegated to an unnecessary 'did their job ' -like status. It seems to be the only way to counteract poor services, slightly impacting their bottom line. But on the flip side, highlighting and promoting businesses that go above and beyond.

Mistakes happen, they're frustrating to say the least, but it's how a company deals with those mistakes that makes the difference.

In this case, it wasn't a very big mistake; a different, much larger corporate entity decided to charge me additional Tax on this item. Obviously, they're impossible to get a hold of, so I reached out to Infared to obtain further information as to why. Not only did they get back to me within minutes, after hours, but they also offered to refund the amount, and have done so before the heater has even arrived.
This is the mark of brilliant customer service, and upon this interaction alone, I would recommend this company to anyone looking for Heating Supplies.

Again, I will update when the heater arrives, but, for now, even if this thing turned up in pieces, I'd blame it on EdFex.

Good product. Much more discreet than the panel heaters. 1800w is powerful - would suggest that it can heat larger areas than advertised
