Infraredi is a scam. Took our money n no product a month later

Infraredi is a scam! Beware consumers. We purchased an item 3 Apr and were lied to that it was shipped when it never was. No tracking number. Then all of a sudden the story changed to, we don’t have the stand. We can send you the top bit if you like. We have written to the ACCC and have contacted a current affair. Ship us our item in the next 72h or give us a refund. First time being scammed. Scamming a sick person is cruel n wrong! Stay clear of this brand.

After three months of using the…

After three months of using the Infraredi Pro Max, I’m really impressed with the results. My back pain has improved dramatically, and my skin looks smoother and more glowing. The device is easy to use and has customizable settings, which I love. It’s definitely helped with my recovery after workouts, and I can’t recommend it enough!

Deceptive website. Do not trust.

Website says they ship locally from Canada and send orders same day if ordered before 2pm. This is not true. Took over a week to even receive a shipping notice and it is coming from Hong Kong so will take another week before it arrives. Misleading website so now questioning the product.
UPDATE - shipped a week ago but is still in Hong Kong. Too many others have had similar shipping issues for this to be legitimate inventory issue. Have asked for a refund since this was meant to be a gift and the occasion has now passed.

We do ship locally from our Canada warehouse! We do our best to always stay stocked in our local warehouses but if we are out of stock then we ship from one of our other warehouses to ensure you get to experience the benefits of red light therapy as soon as possible!

We do try out best to stay stocked but sometimes inventory sell out faster than expected!
On top of that, we had a shipment the Body Wrap Plus on the way into our warehouse but it was delayed due to the snow storm in Canada. We understand shipping from our Hong Kong warehouse isn't as fast as when it comes from our Canadian warehouse but we want to make sure our customers receive their orders as soon as possible!

Delivery is taking forever

I bought the infraredi body wrap plus on 22nd of January (more than 2 weeks ago already), and the order was not even shipped yet.
When purchasing the wrap they said delivery would take 3-5 days. I have sent emails to the company asking for the reasons for the delay and they are saying different things all the time..first they said it was to do with the picking process and then they said delivery to Ireland takes longer that domestic deliveries (within uk). The thing is they haven't even shipped the order yet. So disappointed with this company. I asked also for options to cancel the order and get a refund but they haven't come back to me on this (after 3 days)

Not a trustworthy company!

I ordered a product on Black Friday and it's January 18th and they still have not shipped it. They have been playing games with me trying to string me along. First they said it was due to Canadian post being on strike but strike has been over for weeks. After I pointed that out. They sent me a UPS tracking number but UPS still doesn't have the package. That was January 2nd. I do not trust this company and I am going to have my credit card company go after them for the money I paid almost 2 months ago.

I’ve been using the Infraredi Pro Max for three months, and I’m amazed by the results. The red and near-infrared light therapy has significantly reduced my chronic back pain. I also notice an improvement in my skin’s texture and tone—it looks more youthful and radiant. The device is sturdy and easy to operate, with clear instructions. The customisable settings allow me to adjust the intensity based on my needs. It’s worth every dollar!

Took money and did not have the stock to ship, took 6 weeks to get money back!

Ordered on Dec 4, the website says, it ships within 2-5 business days..Was told 3 times it is at UPS sorting, it wasn't. Christmas comes and goes, no product. On Dec 28, I told them to cancel and return my money. After being ignored multiple times, it took 18 days, many threats of following through with a dispute with Paypal to finally get my money back on the 16th of Dec. No company should sell anything online if they you don't have a product to fulfill a order. DO NOT BUY From Infraredi!

excuses are inconsistent, slow to respond, shipping timelines incorrect on website, don't think they are telling the truth

Ordered Dec 2, 2024. As there is a canada post strike, I was pretty patient. They emailed saying that they were taking a longer time because of the canada post strike.

THIS IS TAKEN FROM THE EMAIL I RECEIVED: "For this reason, we quickly transitioned from FedEx and started using UPS as an alternative. We have been advised your order has been booked with UPS and they will be generating your tracking link and delivering your order as quickly as possible. As soon as we have received your tracking link we will send you a tracking notification so you can track it's progress."

On Dec 14, 2024, I asked for an update. They said they aimed for the next week to get it out. I waited again patiently. As of now, (Dec 27) Canada Post is no longer on strike. It's been 13 days since Dec 14, 2024, when they said they aimed for next week. I followed up with them on Dec 25, they responded that their logistics team isn't even in the warehouse until dec 28. So how are you going to get your product within 2 - 5 days? I am highly doubtful that the issue is actually a shipping issue given that Canada post has been back, and the order should have been picked up if it was actually packed, so was it really canada post? I work in CPG and so far, canada post, fedex and everyone else is back to normal pick up so at the very least, I should have a tracking number. Their website still says that 2 - 5 days for shipping but clearly that is not correct. I advised them, to which they said they would look into, but still haven't. I still haven't gotten a response when asking for extended 60 day risk free trial since i am now travelling for Jan and Feb. So buyer beware - you may never get your product.

REVIEW UPDATED Dec 30, 2024. I received a response where they ignored request for order cancellation, extended warranty, extended risk free trial period. Also, they now tell me that the reason that they have not shipped my product is due to my base stand being sold out, not because of canada post being on strike. If the base stand was sold out, they should have known this when they originally emailed on Dec 14, 2024, instead of telling me it would be shipped out the following week. And why does the email say that they have booked my order with UPS when you haven't even packed my order since the base stand wasn't even in stock?
Additionally, more discrepancies because on Dec 26, they said their team was back on dec 28, but now they say that their fulfilment team is back on Jan 2, 2025 and I would have an update on Jan 2, 2024.

UPDATED AGAIN: On Jan 2, 2025, they advised that they could ship without the base stand and asked if I would accept the order. I said I would with expedited shipping and confirmation of an extension of warranty to receipt date and 90 day trial period. Followed up and haven't heard anything.

I'm not certain that I will ever get my product or a refund given their non responsiveness.

updated 2025.01.09: received my product after a lot of them not answering my question. BUT TO ANYBODY THAT WANTS THIS PRODUCT within the time frame that they say - they are out of stock of the base stand so if you want this product within 2 - 5 days per their website, be aware that i do not believe that they will be able to deliver since it has been 35 days since i ordered and they were not able to deliver the base stand. (and it took a lot of follow up to even get them to deliver things that they said they had in stock). who knows when i will get my base stand.

on december 30, 2024, joyce said they were isexpecting the base stand in the next few days. then on jan 2, 2025, she said it is only available in the next two weeks. I would put a lot of money on the fact that I do not get this base stand by January 15, 2025

RETURN

RETURN. order 1479 UK. I have written so many times- all emails ignored after a certain point...got an email about a prepaid label...waited and waited (emailed many times asking why it was not coming) it never came - then they tell me they're not sending it! Playing total games so as not to have to refund me. Now it's been over a week since I sent it w/ 24 hour delivery and no contact, no refund. Horrible company! Will do a chargeback and contact Trading Standards if I don't hear back asap.
