Excellent company, received item super quick, very pleased thank you

Excellent customer service. A garden shed went out of stock, but I got notified by the team as soon as it came back and the link was emailed out to me and I purchased it right away. Thank you so much, I'm looking forward to assembling it and having it my garden. Love the colour!

Item itself fine but bolts and nuts missing from both parcels even though bag was sealed and firmly attached (so had been short initially), which was frustrating.

Fast delivery

Infinitihome did not respond either by Email or telephone. We wanted to send the goods back but have had to keep them. We then bought more of the same goods from a different company much cheaper than from infinitihome. Avoid this rogue trader at all costs.

I bought this recycling bin which was much cheaper than on other sites. The Quality is excellent! The top section we have divided with a plastic bag to collect all of the plastic and the other side the film. In the bottom drawer, which rolls out beautifully, we use one of the bins for collecting cardboard and paper and the other bin for collecting milk packets and bottles. It has an automatic opening feature, you can use it manually as well. What's not to like!

Having searched Google for a sideboard I found it on Infynitihome for approximately 10% cheaper then I had seen elsewhere.

Initial communication was good with order confirmation being sent and tracking information being provided, however, things then went uncomfortably quiet and delivery took longer then expected with it resulting in a two week delay.

Once delivered was finally confirmed, I was again updated with plenty of information around the delivery time and driver details.

Item is very well made, amazing quality for the price. Overall I would recommend this company to anyone who was looking for furniture in the future.

Only negative is delivery speed and lack of clarity around this.

I'm impressed with this company, not only was the price great for the sideboard I bought from them but their customer service was excellent. They kept me informed from the beginning through to the arrival of my item ( roughly 4 weeks). I've not unpacked it yet but I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

Avoid this company at all costs!! They are a scam and keep coming up with constant excuses to avoid refunding you. I have been waiting for a refund for 2 months and they keep advising that they are still waiting for their delivery company (Tuffnells) to return the last piece of furniture which was sent back weeks ago!!

Placed the order for 4 CD units (Homcom 33's) as they were the cheapest supplier for them. I knew that each unit was supplied in two boxes so in theory should've been 8 boxes (4 long squares ones and 4 long oblong ones). On arrival, only 7 boxes turned up. I complained to the driver who was an Amazon driver (the transaction was done through Amazon Pay) he said he only had 7 boxes and they matched his 7 reference numbers which I said one was missing. I was going to get ready to give Infynity Home a call on Monday but there was no need as Sunday the last box arrived separate from the rest of them (why was this box not loaded on to the van the previous day?) I want to phone the company and ask but sadly their phone number isn't working. I did have an email from a James Smith from I guess a parent company called Svatas UK (whoever they are) but his number isn't being answered either. I cannot get contact with them nor is their chat box working either. Nobody has answered me. I'm happy that I got my units but I think as for their non existent customer service...it's pretty crap to be honest.

The items of furniture (×2) are well made and easy to construct.
There customers service is brilliant. I had a issue, they sorted it nice and quickly.
The instructions aren't that easy to follow at times, but you can just use your head to work it out.
I will be using them again, and I've already recommended them to other people.

Ordered and paid. Was advised days later that the item was not in stock. Very frustrating and echoed by several comments on here.

Good tracking. Arrived quickly, well packaged. Finally got the chance to to put it together after having it stored in shed for a few weeks due to poor weather.

Simple instructions and very easy to erect, feels sturdy and hard wearing. Very good value. I am looking forward to using it in the coming warmer weather

Really happy with planter & trellis. It took a while to assemble (approx 2 hours), especially the studs that attach the trellis to poles. Mole grips were needed, also found once they’re in they can break off when trying to remove them(we ended up using cable ties for the broken ones). Looking forward to putting my plants in when the weather warms up.

Ordered a desk and an office chair 04/03/24, 8 days later wife receives an email saying apparently both the items are now out of stock and order got cancelled. Was really disappointed time wasted and hopes crushed on getting my room furnished. Don't think I'll be ordering here again.

After ordering a storage seat and being sent the wrong item it took 3 weeks to arrange a collection. The item was eventually collected last Friday and I was advised my refund would take 2-3 days. It is now Thursday, nearly a week on and no sign of my money. Communication has also stopped.
