Some products are ok. ( Foundation powder)
Others really disappointing. The so called creamy concealer is like hard putty, really difficult to apply and doesn’t conceal anything.
The eyeshadow quad is a completely different tone to the photos. So utterly useless for me.
Don’t even try to get a return going. Customer service is NON EXISTENT.
Will never buy from them again.

I paid $65 for your foundation this is the worst foundation I have ever used, highlighted the pores in my face.The spa that I purchased this from will not issue a refund.i I am retired so I cannot afford to pay $65 for a product that does not work for me. I am hoping you will issue a refund.

Rubbish..sent me fauly mascara, won't refund or send replacement.

New to inika, attempted to place my second order with a free gift, the free gift wouldn’t add to my order?!?! Several emails and Inika not understanding the issue at all/confusing it with first order etc…I stressed the importance of getting my order by today!!! They finally said to place my order and they would add the free item …my order was confirmed including tracker number with delivery yesterday BRILLIANT?!?! NO, only the free gift has arrived and not my £70 order? No contact number for uk so I’ve had to email again and again to no avail? Products lovely customer service is extremely off putting? I’ve provided my contact number on every email, is this a scam company?

No customer service. Spent hundreds with them. Lipstick mechanisms do not work. Emailed several times but no reply. Shame as great products but with non existent customer service don’t waste your money on this company. They ignore you when things go wrong.

All of these 1 star reviews! I’ve been nothing but satisfied with Inika products for the last few years. Never had any problems and the products are amazing on my skin. Highly recommend.

This company has been very disappointing. My vitamin C serum turned yellow as soon as I opened it. I emailed them few emails over last three weeks, but they still haven’t responded. As a long-time supporter of their products, I feel incredibly let down by their lack of customer service.

I bought my 2nd lip balm, and the mechanism isn’t working so I sent it back signed for so they must have received it, sent an email to ask them to send me another one. Sent another follow up email. Not one reply! NO RESPONSE! It looks like I have now lost my money! Very disappointing!

I bought a set of 3 lipsticks / crayons as they were being advertised as organic. When I received them, I realised they contain Titanium Dioxide which is a suspected carcinogen. I emailed them asking them what percentage of TD was present, no response. Emailed to request for a return & refund (products not used). NO RESPONSE! Shocking! Such a shame because if service was better I would have surely got behind the brand and purchased more products. Very disappointed

I bought the wife the flowers palette for xmas and didn't realise I'd already bought it her for her birthday (my ADHD). I have tried for three weeks to get A RESPONSE from Inika but there is nothing. There's a 14 day return policy and i contacted them within that time but as there is zero comms from Inika and as is a trend with other reviews also I believe I am £40 out of pocket... customer service non-existent. Shame as the product and the concept is good. I could run their business better

Customer service is terrible.

They sent the wrong products I advised them and it taken multiple emails before I got a response approx over 5 days. Then once they finally answered they said they will issue the correct products and nearly days later no communication they sent the goods or tracking so left hanging..... Again I tried multiple times to get a response to no avail.. Absolutely terrible customer service.... :(

This has been ongoing saga since 29th of November. My order number is 1IKAU119999

No response to issue with product.
I even requested store credit.

I’m genuinely surprised to read some of these reviews. I’ve been using Inika makeup products for over two years now and have to say they’re absolutely fantastic! The BB cream, the foundation, the lipstick which doubles up as blusher, all fantastic!
I have very sensitive skin and peri-menopausal and these products have been my go to for skin soothing, non-clogging, anti aging makeup which never looks anything but natural.

Beställde en concealer full coverage/ Shell från Apotea som levererade snabbt och smärtfritt. När jag sedan skulle använda produkten luktar den härsket, tänkte att det kanske är för att den är naturlig men när jag fick på produkten på huden kliades det och huden blev väldigt irriterat. Förutom detta upplever jag att det finns inget full coverage som helst, riktigt värdelös, åker i soporna. Har reklamerat produkten till Apotea för att betala 339kr för en härsken produkt tänker jag inte göra.

I bought bronzer and lip and cheek cream and both products excellent. But the bronzer container broke very soon after purchase and I emailed them with photos of broken product. They resolved this quickly by emails and sent me a replacement which I received within 2 days. Cannot fault them excellent prompt service. Also very polite and helpful emails.

Wow, reading the reviews below,same feeling. I must say Id give zero if I could. Ordered a clearance, who doesn't like good price. Was sent eyebrow gel broken like completely,opened dry,its like illegal even to sell completely demaged goods. Eye cream and exfoliator batch number from 2000, my dear Lord,3 years old. How its even leggal selling organic 3 years old. £67 straight to the bin. This company is turning into a scam,nothing ethical. Contacted customer service 9 days ago,wrote FB message,no answer,phone just cuts off. Wow. Absolutely necer ever again. Organic market is enourmous today and buyers are very conscious. Disgrace,at least I can leave a review here.

Have bought products from them sparingly. They end up in the bin and wasted. I do find this company unethical. It is hard to contact them for a return and for such a reputable company they make you pay for returns. The recent products I bought don't match the pictures in terms of colours. I got dumped with them. This company must be a scam.

Placed my order back in November and never received it. It's January now. Contacted the customer service 2x and nobody ever got back to me. Would avoid at all costs!!!

I’ve ordered foundation, bb cream and full coverage concealer.
When I received them , both foundation and bb cream were not the shade that I’ve ordered even tho on the packaging it said it was .
Contacted customer service and showed them a photo, they replied and said it must have been a bad batch and will send new ones .
Again received it and again same thing, wrong shades .
So I emailed again asking to double check before sending again , of courses they didn’t and sent wrong ones again .
After that I asked for a refund because clearly they have all bad batches and I don’t have time to be waiting around .
I got no respond to this , I had to email again and they said they resend products again even tho I have asked for refund .
It’s been over 2 weeks now, I haven’t received neither my products or refund .
They ignore my emails now as well .
Absolutely disgusting company !
Also their full coverage concealer gave me an eye allergy . Had really red and itchy eyes . Had to visit a doctor and been given eye drops .
Also in London they have their products all around pharmacies and all healthy food stores .
I went to one of the pharmacies just to test the shades of all their products.
What I saw there it was disgusting.
All foundations and concealers were dry, crusty and stank , clearly they have been there for quite few years without being changed . Honestly the smell of those products was really bad .
I know it might not be Inikas fault as it’s just some pharmacy in London that sells their products but surely they should have someone that does quality checks ?
If you are serious company then you should know what is being sold with your name on it right ?
I would never order again anything from them .

Bought a few products from Inika, most were fine, but their full coverage concealer had a waxy texture that was impossible to put on my face! I bought it to help cover dark circles, and it made the delicate skin around my eyes really hurt.
I contacted Inika and they told me to leave it in a cool place, which I did, but a few days later, still the same texture. I have now asked for a refund, but it's highly unlikely that i'll get one.
I also left a review for it on their website, but surprise surprise it was never posted by them! You clearly have to come to Trustpilot to read the real honest reviews, as their website doesn't post anything that isn't 4 or 5 star reviews. A very dishonest company! Won't buy from them again.
