Me ha ocurrido básicamente lo mismo. Me llega una prenda de una calidad pésima y que no coincide absolutamente en nada con lo comprado y con un gran retraso. Donde se puede denunciar?, es una organización de estafa. Yo cuento con la acreditación del pago con visa y con todos los correos recibidos por parte de esta panda de estafadores.

Ininruby is really bad company, I bought couples of items there and when I get the delivery, the quality of the textiles was terrible awful and I returned two items $82.80 and today date I still fighting with custumer services to get my money back, they gave me a voucher for $49.00 and stealing $33.80 I need to make a small claim in the court and this is really bad, this people are terrible.

Do not use this company!!! the dresses are not the true sizes as offered I ordered 3 dresses and each one was a different size, when they eventually arrived, Packaging was poor, material was poor,
No customer service, no acknowledgement of return of goods and still no sign of a refund!! Disgusting and do not deserve your hard earned money!!!

I purchased 6 items of clothing for a photo shoot. I selected sizes 12/14 and selected the UK size tab. when the items arrived, they were far too small, about a size 10. I contacted the company but, their response was to do another deal and send more money and they would then send the correct size. they kept offering various deals, eventually. They said they would accept the return of the items, however, the post office wanted £89 postage and the company seemed not interesting in covering the cost.

I then contacted my credit card company and THANK GOD for them, I had all my money returned. I would never buy from inninnruby ever again. I had planned on using this company for the so-called nice clothes, in my opinion, they were very cheap and must have been photoshopped to look better? I may be wrong about the photoshop? but I know that I was not happy with the clothes, the quality but that is just my opinion.

The quality and the style of the items order is totally different from what i ordered and the quality is low, also i did not receive all the clothes order and up till this day , they kept promising to give me the refund back and yet they have not , also i paid to expedite shipment yet the items received still took a longer time before delivery

Ich habe für 4 kleidung (gar nicht wie abgebildet) 150 Euro bezahlt.Das war richtig veraschung gewesen.Sie nehmen nicht wieder zurück.Ein schlechte Erfahrung gewesen für mich.Ich musste erst über diese firma Kommentare lesen.Schade ich habe meine 150 Euro in die Müll geworfen habe.Niemalls empfehlen!

Es una Estafa Organizada
No recibí el Pedido y al reclamar me indican que "Devuelto por dirección errónea" FALSO, la dirección es correcta.
Sin recibir el pedido se atreven a ofrecer un -70% si haces otro pedido !!!
Hay que denunciar en Juzgado y RR SS

Son un fraude. pague, nunca llego mi pedido, es un problema para reclamar, no tienen ningun numero para hacerlo

Tardaron 2 meses para enviar un traje que NO fue el que compre!! horrible el material tambien ,que horror casi desmayo ,tuve que abrir caso en paypal hasta que logre que me devolvieran el dinero

I bought a dress and when the order arrived they sent a larger size when contacting them they said to send photos to confirm the condition of the item and the wrong size then they informed that if it was accepted I would return it and they would refund the money but they were not responsible for the cost of the shipment. I inform you that the cost of stale from Canada is $130.

I do not recommend this site buy local in Canada. With this procedure, this company forces the consumer to keep the product they did not order and lose money. Never more

It's been over a year and I still didn't recieve my order DID ANYONE GET ORDER OR MONEY BACK?

Estafadores no compréis aquí. A mi si me llegó el pedido. Absolutamente nada que ver el vestido y me dicen que lo q me ofrecen es un descuento para ls próxima vez

J’ai commandé 3 jackets/blazers.
J’en ai reçu un qui n’a aucun rapport avec ma commande. Je leur ai écrit pour demander un remboursement et ils n’ont pas l’air de comprendre leur erreur et ne veulent absolument pas me rembourser.
Les 2 autres articles sont de très pauvres qualités.
Ça ne vaut pas le prix payé.
Je suis très déçue car les articles reçus ne représentent pas les photos.
Ils ne sont pas honnêtes.

Item of clothing arrived, worst quality ever, totally different to pictures too. Return costs higher than the refund and paypal guided us through the returns process so we could get money back and in the end sided with them, they know the system, so just dont give them your money, you will end up with a garment that resembles a rag and no chance of your money back.

Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews before placing an order with this SCAM of a company. I spent £73 on 3 clothes including a blazer. I got them and couldn't believe how bad they were. The blazer especially was the worst fabric I have ever seen; the cheapest fabric you could ever imagine. To allow this company to continue to operate and dupe people is sad

Bad bad bad DO NOT use this company they are absolute charlatans what they advertise is definitely not what you will receive, the dress I got I wouldn’t even put in the charity bag 🤬 I couldn’t get a refund so took it to PayPal who insisted I sent it back at a cost of £20 4 months of emails & stress & unbelievably PayPal who said they would investigate them have just ruled in their favour, I am £70 out of pocket & PayPal are allowing this company to carry on their fraudulent business in tricking the public in to purchasing goods they have no intentions of supplying. Shameful company & even bigger shame on you PayPal for supporting them

... lasciate totalmente perdere... le foto sul sito mostrano, probabilmente, capi di grandi stilisti, che poi vengono copiati e realizzati in modo disgustoso, con materiali molto probabilmente tossici... non da ultimo costano molto di più di un pari prodotto realizzato in Italia... senza considerare che, oltre che a comprare delle porcherie, vi rifilano le taglie che vogliono loro... voi ordinate una small, vi arriva un a large.. DA EVITARE ASSOLUTAMENTE

Ordered a sweater which took ages to come. When it arrived it was not the sweater I ordered and was far too small for me.
Gave me an address to return it to - no labels or anything - in China! It would cost me about the same cost as the sweater to return it!
DO NOT buy from this site, it’s a ripoff
