I would like to give a shout out to…

I would like to give a shout out to Shaquille Springer. As he always provides quality service. And goes above and beyond to make sure standards are meet. Which he did by helping out are two school sites recently. At short notice which was very much appreciated.

John Carr - helpful, positive and professional

John Carr was particularly helpful and professional during the service visit today. After experiencing difficulties with receiving communications from our account manager, it is refreshing to be met with a staff member who is keen to provide a positive service and proactively find resolutions to concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
