Generally the only time I write reviews…

Generally the only time I write reviews is when I am upset with something or someone. In this case I am writing a review to give a shout out to how awesome these guys are. Whether it be their variety of payment options or their willingness to always give the best customer service I am always impressed. The most important thing to me is how quickly they answer their tickets. Every once and a while I stray away and try someone else but I always instantly regret it. INIZ is the best

Bad deceptive automatic deduction and customer service

Bad deceptive automatic deduction and customer service.

Forced automatic deduction at the time of payment without any prompt, and can not apply for cancellation, do not buy.

Thanks for the review. We offer both one time and recurring payment options of which you had selected recurring so of course invoices will be charged automatically.

There is a clear cancellation button for all services via the client area which you failed to submit, as stated in the terms you must submit cancellation request prior to next invoice generation and that we do not offer refunds on renewal.

A dispute was opened and PayPal rightfully sided with us.

Good provider

Good provider. I've been using their VPS for more than 4 years. Couldn't remember any problems with this VPS, so almost haven't contacted them. But, when I did a wrong boot settings myself and the VPS became unreachable, they helped me fast and that problem was resolved.
