Wouldn’t order again.

I ordered a pendant, earrings and a wall decoration. Delivery was very slow. The metal wall decoration was nice, the allegedly glass pendant felt like plastic but was no good anyway because the string of beads was completely broken. As for the earrings, I can’t comment on quality as they were missing. On the plus side, they reacted quickly to my complaint and I received a refund.

Hi Sheila,

Thank you very much for your review. We are truly sorry that your experience with our store was not a positive one. Our mission is to help people find meaningful products for spiritual practices, rituals, and personal well-being, and we understand how important good energy is for that.

The symbolism of a broken mala or string represents released energy and the removal of obstacles. We sincerely hope that this broken Medicine Buddha may have brought you some form of liberation on an energetic level. The energy of Buddha works in its unique ways.

Regarding the earrings, our provider shared a video confirming that they were included in the package. We did not want to argue with you, and it’s possible they were inside but went unnoticed. In any case, we proceeded with the refund, as our mission is to create InnerFlame.Shop as a space of practice, trust, and joy.
