Great advice and service from the lady at Bakewell this morning. She helped me find the right trail running shoes. Went through all the options, very thorough!

I went into the Bakewell store knowing I wanted a new pair of running shoes. They staff were amazing , so knowledgeable and just lovely. The experience was great and very welcoming.

Love the products and can’t fault the super speedy delivery.

This is probably the sixth pair of shoes I’ve bought from inov8. They are so grippy, look great and fit my feet exceptionally well.
Also they provide really good customer service whether in the shops or by sending and returning quickly and easily thanks !

Great shoes! My all time favorite. Shopping was easy, good website. My shoes arrived on time. The size I ordered was too small. Arranged for an exchange to another size and return of the original pair. Process was easy. Everything was well done.

disappointed have to pay for shipping to return. bought F-lite and F-fly in same size but F-lite was too small unfortunately had to return. The F-Fly fits but causes too much dorsiflexion in great toe and need to return for store credit. The shoes take too long to arrive.

Staff knowledge, needed a change off running shoes advised me on a imvo8 brand ,comfiest trainer I've had and was in sale 👌

Good service. Fast delivery.

Had purchased the Bare XF Pro in black. When I measured the length of my foot it indicated a size 6, I ended up ordering a 5.5 as the description recommended to size down by half a size. Shoes arrived yesterday and they are a perfect fit. Wore them same day for training and they were super comfy. I found the shoes ground you really well and my balance was far better. It would have been good to have had a next day delivery option but for this occasion it was not a major issue. I love how they look too especially with the gum sole. The only negative is the super long laces, not sure why they are that long but can be easily resolved by a double bow/knot. My fav training shoe!
