I bought 3 pairs of shoes size 10.5
I bought 3 pairs of shoes size 10.5! Of the 3, only one fit comfortably! One other? The right foot fits perfectly, the left foot is uncomfortable as if itâs a smaller size and, the other one was much much smaller than a 10.5 size! I reported it and attempted 3 times to return it for the correct size with no avail as it was stated âno optionâ to choose for returning! I emailed and asked for an address to return the shoe which was given to me and cost me $30 to return it to Boise, Idaho! It was delivered and received but I havenât heard from anyone! Meanwhile I paid almost $500.00 for the 3 pairs of shoes and am only able to wear one! One of my questionâinov8 had no problem getting the shoes to me; however, they had no option to choose from, for returning the incorrect sized shoe! How fair is that?

The company replaced a bad pair with another bad pair. The glue holding the upper and lower together is not functioning. I am very disappointed because I've worn this shoe (varying weights) for ten years and I've never had this problem.
