Iâm extremely dissatisfied with this purchase. I bought this as a bday gift to my husband, the shoes just arenât a good fit for him. I have tried to return them
By getting a message saying thereâs no carrier around my area. I have contacted customer service and they have responded with we have reset the link only to get the same message. I dislike sites that make it difficult for customer to make a return such as this one. I didnât spend almost $200 on and item that itâs useless for us at this point. My order number is N2234503 I need a customer service rep to please email me a mailing label so I can drop off the item to be returned. I wouldnât recommend anyone buying form this site at all.

Inov8 shoes are great - lightweight comfortable shoes perfect for trail running. Service was also great - we returned our first pair as realised that they were a bit too narrow for wide feet but were delighted to see that they had wide fitting sizes. Those are ideal.
