Had purchased the Bare XF Pro in black. When I measured the length of my foot it indicated a size 6, I ended up ordering a 5.5 as the description recommended to size down by half a size. Shoes arrived yesterday and they are a perfect fit. Wore them same day for training and they were super comfy. I found the shoes ground you really well and my balance was far better. It would have been good to have had a next day delivery option but for this occasion it was not a major issue. I love how they look too especially with the gum sole. The only negative is the super long laces, not sure why they are that long but can be easily resolved by a double bow/knot. My fav training shoe!

Please send me a return label. I'm a 7.5. I went with an 8 and they are TOO SMALL. I'm disappointed.

I have own Inov8 in the past and found them very§ comfortable. I needed a wider toe box and have to say I’m not disappointed. Comfy well made trainers. Fast delivery and great communication. I will definitely buy again

Inov8's customer service is excellent. The jacket was sent promptly. Have yet to try this V2 but I had a problem with two jackets of the original V1 Stormshell and I have to say Inov8 have been brilliant in sorting the issue. Impressed with this company's customer service and ethos. Fingers crossed this new jacket will stand up to Devon rain (when we get some!).

Good service and advice when they didn't have what I thought I wanted! Didn't try to sell me the most expensive alternative (actually pointed me towards something on sale because that was the best other option). Also, the woman that served me (sorry, I didn't catch her name) was knowledgeable when we talked about different lacing methods and patient!

Ordered some Roclite Pro boots Sunday and they arrived Tuesday. Not used yet but have a pair that have proved to be fully waterproof, super comfortable and very rugged
