I made a purchase online through theirâŠ
I made a purchase online through their official website. I requested a return within the allowed return period and received a return label. However, when I went to the DHL drop-off location, the QR code/barcode provided by the company did not work, making it impossible to return the package.
I contacted customer support through their website the same day to report the issue. Unfortunately, I never received a response. Since there is no other way to contact them, I sent a second message as well, but again received no reply.
It has now been 2.5 months, and the issue remains unresolved. The package has remained unopened since my failed return attempt. I did everything required on my end and tried to return the product within the allowed timeframe, but the company's lack of support has made this impossible.
I cannot recommend a company that ignores customer inquiries and fails to assist when problems arise with their own return process.

Quick delivery.
Jacket size availability for females poor hence had to go for medium men's jacket. The jacket is a little long on the sleeves and a little wide around torso. Pity female jacket doesn't have a size for females with wider shoulders and thin torso.

A lost icon - F-lite 245
Inov8 discontinued their F-lite 245âs - the best shoe ever. I had 6!plus pairs over the years and I briefly tried their new version the F-lite Menâs but unfortunately there is no comparison. Bring back the F-lite 245!

The assistant was happy to get siddeeejt shoes for me to try but I didnât feel that she had good knowledge regard the different shoes and what would best suit my foot. Turns out that they rub my heels and will probs not be good for my running .

Sometimes the heel can rub due to the area on the shoe being a little bigger than your foot, but if you haven't already, we would suggest trying a lace lock as that should help to keep your heel locked in place.
The teams in store do receive training quite regularly, but we will reach out to them to see if there is anything they would like further knowledge on.
